So my sink completely took a turn for the worse because I had accidentally spilled some dirt in my sink and it got all in my drain. I had no clue what to do and felt pretty stupid that it happen. Luckily, I had Tyler come out to help me snake the line. Not only did he provide excellent service, he was understanding, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I’ve been using Rod Plumbing for years now. As with any long standing’s relationship there will be errors and issues occasionally. I’ve never had an issue getting the back promptly to correct the issue. Their pricing is fair, bids come out in a reasonable amount to time, and are detailed. There’s never a question of what is and what’s not included.
It’s a great family run business with a wealth of knowledge. They haven’t given me a reason to take my business elsewhere.
