We had a bathroom faucet spraying water and it would not shut off totally. It was Labor Day weekend and they were booked but they worked us in on a Saturday so we could get it fixed w/o extra fees for holiday!!! So grateful to them! This is a Family owned business! Give them a call!

This company is top notch, we had a water leak on a Friday late afternoon, they came out on Saturday morning they were able to find our water line direction me and my husband worked on busting up the concrete driveway (which was our choice to save a little money)and we were able to find the source of the leak. We called the company back and let them know what we found out they came back out on Monday mid morning and worked until after 6:00 pm they did a great job fixing and rerouting the water line the way that we wanted it the guys that came out were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them. They also kept us updated on everything they were doing through text messages which we were very happy about.

Nick came out and got straight to work. Capped gas and water for pool demo in approx. 45 minutes. Finished and made sure it looked like nothing ever happened. Great job.

I had tried to fix a break in the main water line from the meter to my house twice, and each time I pressurized it, my repair job leaked. I was buying more parts at a plumbing supply store to try a third time, and Scott from Spot-On Plumbing overheard me talking about it. He said he could squeeze me in in a couple of hours to crimp in a connection, and gave me a price right there in the store. They came and repaired it, saving me from having to waste the rest of my weekend messing with it.

We’ve used Spot On Plumbing several times. Scott is always very responsive. Price is competitive with quality work! On this project, he is running a gas line for our new standby generator. Couldn’t be happier!

Lorenzo was great! Arrived on time, did a careful install and answered all my questions (and then some). Would highly recommend.

Fantastic job! I called Spot-On Plumbing at around 10am on Saturday, and Matt the Plumber was at my house 3 hours later to unplug my toilet. Communication was great throughout, as everything was explained thoroughly. I highly recommend Spot-On Plumbing for all your household plumbing needs!

Guys came out quick and did a great job clearing our main line and making sure our pipes inside were good. Both guys were very polite and helpful!

Water heater went out - they came out super quickly- helped set up mitigation and dry out as well as reconstruction of badly damaged water heater closet and put in new water heater. Excellent communication and super friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.

Update 01 2026 - If I could give this amazing family owned business 6 stars, I absolutely would. My tankless water heater died during the ice storm and Amy actually answered the phone on a Sunday ❤️. Lorenzo was able to come out that Tuesday and by Wednesday afternoon I had a new water heater. The absolute unit of a plumbing business in Round Rock. Thank you, Spot-On!!

Update 01.07.2025 - Still the only local plumber you ever need in Round Rock. My garbage disposal died over the weekend and Spot-On saved the day and saved me money. Cannot say enough about this place.

OMG YASSSSS!!! A legit family owned, local, trustworthy, and affordable plumbing business!! First time homeowner and had a washing machine drain line backup and gave me a small flood. Amy and Scott were great and took the time to listen to me. Their on-site guys Nick and Ryan were professional, polite, friendly, and educated me on what they're plan was and they worked efficiently and with exacting details. These guys even recommend a drywall contractor to boot!! Amazing job and highly recommend!!

Scott responded to our hot water leak on Saturday in less than an hour. He quickly removed and replaced the flexible water line.
He showed us some additional things that can be repaired in the near future.
We plan to use Spot-on again.

Spot-On Plumbing is the best plumbing service in Round Rock, TX. When you have a problem they respond on the same day in a matter of hours. The young men are very professional. Matt from spot on plumbing did an incredible job. We have been facing water pressure issues in kitchen for months and no b other plumbing company was able to resolve it. Matt not only diagnosed it correctly, he went above and beyond in identifying issues that affected other parts of house and resolved it. Thank you Matt!
