Derrell & Brook and their whole crew have been taking care of our house for over 15 years. They continue to do a professional job. They are on time. They installed piers inside our house this time. They were careful to cover furniture and walls with plastic and sealed up doorways to the rest of the house to keep dust to a minimum. There was a ton of dirt moved & they protected the floors & the yard for an easier clean up. After 2 days, you would hardly have known they were here. I would recommend Certified Foundation Specialists.

Quality Company, We highly recommend. The previous owner had Certified Foundation Specialists repair the foundation, we've had them out to re-check it for us a few times and even to do some newly needed repairs. They are always so nice, honest, and helpful. Our brick arch has been collapsing for years, finally it had to be fixed. We had Certified come check the foundation near it for us before we hired someone to replace the brick, they found the foundation was fine but also made some suggestions on how to replace the arch, we didn't know a company like them were able to do projects like this. They designed it for us and organized the entire repair for us, even in the end taking care of each little detail to make sure it looked excellent. We love our house's new look and feel like Certified made everything go smoothly.

Certified Foundation Specialists did a great job with everything. They patched one of the corners of our foundation that had broken off and filled in the cracks in the mortar that had shown up from our foundation moving. Great job!

Certified Foundation repaired my foundation over 9 years ago. I have not experienced and problems so far.

CFS replaced a 40 year old retaining wall for us that was falling down, removing all the old material and even installing sod where their work had ruined the lawn. Excellent job for reasonable price.

After noticing settlement and cracks in the sheetrock, we called Certified Foundation to identify the cause. There were multiple issues - a slab leak and drainage issues were the main culprits. Certified corrected multiple issues. They leveled the foundation, repaired broken pipes, re-poured the driveway that had settled causing water to run underneath the slab, and installed a catch basin and french drain. Call Certified if you have a foundation problem - they have years of experience.

Great Company to do business with. Their estimate for our foundation repair was very fair; after all of the work, you could not even see they were here...Could not have asked for a more professional Company to work with....HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!

I purchased a home in Greenville TX that was remodeled. It’s a 1955 Craftsman. I’ve had to have it leveled twice because the foundation the people that was the people put under was not the best. Certified Foundation has been great! They show up on time, do an awesome job getting the house leveled again. They are respectful and professional! I highly recommend their company, you can’t do better!

Brooks, with Certified Foundation Specialists, was recommend to me by a friend. We were concerned because our front door was difficult to lock. He was thorough with his assessment and determined that we did not have foundation issues. He left me with recommendations for the door and wouldn't let me pay him for his time. Certified Foundation has addressed the foundation both at our church (Victory Baptist Church) and a house the church owns. They have been great to work with from the estimate, scheduling and working with other contractors who also had a part in our repairs. I definitely recommend them.

I have had foundation work done in the past, but certified did the best job. Foundation is holding up real well. Also, certified foundation was recommended to me by a structural engineer. He had first hand knowledge of their work. They also did a good job cleaning up and restoring landscaping around the house.

We recently used certified foundation to fix a pier and beam foundation and found Brook and his employees very capable and knowledgeable. Finished the job thoroughly in two days and included an engineering report as well. Their price was reasonable and I would highly recommend this firm.
