I currently own two rental properties and hired North Texas Contractors to remodel the bathrooms in both properties. Overall, the quality of work was great, and the price was cheaper than any other contractors I was considering. They were very responsive and came out the same day that I called. Jay, the owner, was willing to answer all of my questions, ensured customer satisfaction, and brought my ideas to reality. I am so happy that I went with this company and will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I had the most professional and courteous guy, Jay help me with my water heater, diagnosed and replaced with no issues , even worked with my job hours to help. This tech was assigned by Choice Home Warranty. First of all I should've known something was up when the tech wanted me to take pictures of my water heater and text them to him to eliminate him having to come out to my home. When I received the price it was higher than the first quote I received so I told him I would question Choice about it. I agreed to the price and the next day texted and called the technician twice telling him we were a go and asking when I could expect him out. There was no response. Choice finally made contact after 2 days and he claimed he was waiting to hear form me. Choice said the appointment was set up. The day before the appointment I along with Choice tried to reach him to confirm he was still coming and no answer. I then asked them to reassign to another tech due to no response and frankly I didn't trust having him in my home if he could do business this way. They screwed up by cancelling and re-assigning the job back to the same company. He then called me the same day asking if I had it reassigned. I told him due to no response I asked Choice to re-assign because it was at the time a week and a half with no hot water in my home. The day of the appointment he no showed. Later that evening he answered claiming his appointments filled up for that day when I re-assigned. He then set the new appointment for the following business day, which was a Monday. (Another weekend with no hot water). I called Monday morning to confirm the time and to no surprise no response from him. I texted also with no reply. I called Choice and they reached out with no response. The appointment time came and went and he no showed again. Finally the next day. I told Choice to cancel the job and re-assign it again. All I can assume is that he makes enough money off other clients so it's not important to him to treat everyone with respect and courtesy. Not to mention I feel he retaliated for me trying to have it re-assigned by no showing and teaching me a lesson. Well, I did in fact learn my lesson and that is get things in writing and to take notes from the beginning because not everyone can be trusted to be honest and do their jobs.
