Robert and his outstanding pool company and service is exactly that. I have been satisfied for months regarding his professionalism and great way to respond to his clients in a positive way. Robert is amazing! Our pool was green while on vacation and he was able to come and get it back to normal. After we came back, he gave us some tips on how to upkeep the pool. Since then, we’ve had a couple issues and he’s always been there to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend him!

I'm not sure where to start except I'll let the pictures do most of my talking. I intended to do this review about a month ago when Robert first came to help us so this is more of a testimony of his work. The first two pictures are where our pool was to where he got it within a week, the third picture is what we have right now. We struggled so much with algae last year we didn't even swim because we could never get ahead of it. This year we got the pool in balance and then quickly went out of balance again. Instead of dumping hundreds and hundreds of dollars yet again for the same green outcome we chose to call Robert at Aqua Gem. He was so kind, patient, punctual. Informed us and educated us how to continue to keep our pool looking this good. Did everything he said he was going to do and honestly went beyond our expectations. I highly recommend him 1,000%. He gave us our little piece of paradise back.

Robert has been absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond with his pool service. He not only fixed the valves on my pool but also replaced my old filters with new ones, which made a huge difference in the pool’s circulation. He also made sure the water stayed crystal clear and sparkling, and even got my pool robot back up and running. He’s reliable, professional, and truly cares about the quality of his work.
