5 Star was very quick to respond on a Sunday, and completed the work the next day on my HVAC unit. Fully recommend, especially the tech Rick Bledsoe, he was super nice and knowledgeable.

Update: 5 Star has come to the rescue again. My furnace died and 5 star assisted me in gettting a new furnace. As before, 5 Star was very helpful and professional through out the entire process. Thank you 5 Star!
I made the right choice of contracting with Mr Vargas and his 5 Star team. They were professional and honest and overll did a greeat job installing my new unit. Mr Vargas was also very helpful and flexible with my financing options. 5 Star you have gained a client for life.

Our a/c went out on a Saturday night. I sent a message through Yelp, and they responded with a suggested time the next morning. The communication through text is ideal - they kept me updated on the arrival time, and even sent a picture of the tech himself, which I found very refreshing. The tech (Rick Bledsoe) was on time, professional, and had cool air coming out in about 20 minutes. No exorbitant weekend prices- just fair service call and parts prices. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with this HVAC company. They were fast and efficient with the installation of our new AC unit. The team kept everything clean and tidy throughout the process, and they took the time to explain the troubleshooting in a way that was easy to understand. On top of that, their customer service was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My AC went out over the weekend and with the temps being around 105F I needed someone to come replace it as soon as possible. These guys were able to come out first thing Monday and got it taken care of for me. I was very pleased with their service and the unit they installed is working great. I wasnt home at the time they did the work and it was nice that they were able to contact me by text to let me know the job was done, and I called them up and made the payment. All very simple.

It’s no fun when these systems start to get old, but 5 star did a good job helping me weigh the balance between repair or replace. In my case, we decided to see if we could get a few more months out of it since summer is coming to a close. My tech did a good job of explaining the options and possible next steps.

5 star was quick to come and take a look at my system and asses what was happening. They gave fair prices for options to fix what was not working well on a 10 year old unit. They scheduled quickly and installed quickly. It was instantly noticeable that their work made a difference. Grateful for their flexibility and expertise!

Pedro and Steven did a gateway jib getting our heat unit up and running. They took time to troubleshoot the problem to come up to the best solution. I felt they were fair and reasonable.

Victor showed up during the scheduled time, which I very much appreciate. He listened to my description of the issue and promptly got to work. He found some issues and fixed them. Both units are working great. This Texas heat can take a toll on these ac units. I decided it was best to have them looked at before the issues escalate and breakdown at 2am on the weekend. Thanks again.

These folks do consistently great work. I’ve had them out half a dozen times over the course of owning my house and every time they brought good value and solid performance. Highly recommend them.

Wonderful service! Our AC went out on a hot day. 5Star was here within a few hours (when all the other companies said they couldn’t be here for 12-48 hours). Our AC was repaired within an hour at a reasonable cost. We are going to switch our service to 5Star!

Thank you Jose and Rick for moving up my scheduled diagnosis to the next day (Saturday) versus two days later that was only available option with online booking. Rick arrived and quickly diagnosed my issue, he also gave me some very useful advice and information about my non-working outside unit. An hour later I was back up and running and house was cooling as should be. Thank you 5 Star for being prompt and proactive..

5 Star HVAC is the place to go to for
A/C and heating needs. Jose Varga and company have been taking care of my house for the past 6 years. A new 3 ton unit installed in March and Another in August. Always a fair competitive price and the service and professionalism is second to none. Highly recommend these guys.

Victor was super. He was kind and quick to respond on text messages. He was on time for our appt., flexible to change times when my schedule was disrupted. He was thorough and explained everything he was checking. He followed up right away, as committed, was professional and very nice.

Ricky came out & found the problem. The crew came out & did the repair very professional. The guys, Dayton & Jose we spoke to on the phone were very nice & helpful. I would recommend 5 Star.

I compared these guys against some of the bigger players in the market and was glad I did. We had a mini split system put in our garage. They were on time and very professional. They completed the job sooner than expected and cleaned up. It has been over an hour and it is perfect for what we wanted. I would recommend them highly. They also have a great servicing plan.
