Air Service Now installed a new HVAC unit for us. They get 5 stars for a great job! They are professional and conscientious. We will definitely call them for HVAC work in the future.

Bought a new home and the a/c was not cooling properly. The installer contractor came out and could not figure it out. Called Kris and he came right out. After 10 minutes of arrival he found the problem. The installer did not set the unit up proper. Air Service Now is the only company that touches my HVAC unit.

Five stars is not enough

First time mom & homeowner, I have zero knowledge on the HVAC set up in my home. All I knew was that my AC wasn’t working and I needed help. Air Service Now sent Kris out right away. He figured out my unit needed a compressor and explained what he was going to do so I could know what was going on. He never tried to upsell me and was honest from beginning to end, something I truly value. Thank you Air Service Now, for helping this mom out!

Great service. On time. Nice folks. I signed up for their maintenance plan and I don’t normally do that sort of thing. Highly recommended these guys.

Just like last time, Kris was thorough in checking that was working properly to isolate the issue to the thermostat. Swapped it out, and AC is blowing cold again.

My ac quit working and had guests coming over for dinner. Called and spoke to Randy who assured me they would be out ASAP. Within an hour thier tech Kris showed up, he quickly determined it was a solenoid. Replaced with new one, all is good now. Fastest service I have ever received.
