I called Cool Casa after a frustrating experience with mold in my AC and two other contractors that didn’t diagnose it correctly. I received a thorough system inspection (thanks Matt!) that determined the causes of the mold. They replaced the moldy parts, plugged air leaks that likely contributed to the growth, and set me up with an air treatment system to discourage further growth. The work was done promptly, professionally, and at a fair price.

The whole team I worked with, from office staff to the techs at my home, were diligent, consummate professionals. Matt and Stan, in particular, were very thoughtful and thorough. I feel like I understand what happened, why, and that my systems are in a good place now. The confidence was well worth the money, and is the most important indicator that I made the right decision in hiring Cool Casa.

Cesar Arroyo was GREAT! He was only here less than 5 minutes and saw the issue why my heater wasn’t working. Even though it was a quick & easy fix, he still took the time to look at the furnace, to make sure everything was in working order and was also able to give me the date it was replaced! He even checked if there was any CO2 in the home and answered any other questions I might’ve had. Thank you so much again! I am definitely keeping Cool Casa in my contacts on my phone, in case we have anymore heating/AC issues or even just regular maintenance.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Cool Casa, from the first meeting to the final installation! We used them to replace two entire HVAC, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire team. They were very careful with our home and belongings, always using mats to protect our floors, and their communication was excellent throughout the process. I would rate them 10/10 across the board. Matthew was awesome. Explained the issue and quoted me for the job if I wanted to continue. No pressure. Fixed and gone quickly and super polite. I texted them in the morning and they arrived 3 hours later for same day appointment.

Cesar did an extremely good job troubleshooting our issue. The solution could have been expensive if it turned out to be a reverse value. The culprit was a bad thermostat. Cesar used a stock thermostat to make sure it was the issue. I went to Home Depot and purchased a new google nest replacement and Cesar installed it. We are back in business and I am going to to follow up scheduling a tune up and duct cleaning in the near future.

Ceasar returned today with Stan Warren. I have known Stan for years and am very comfortable with his work. Today was a comprehensive system tune up and found a weak capacitor on one condenser unit. Not a big deal to replace and units are running a peak performance for another Texas summer. Thanks guys and I will continue to recommend your company to my neighbors.

I was quoted by another HVAC company almost 21k in work that needed to be done on my 5 year old home that was having AC issues , telling me they would buy me out of my warranty they didn’t know was still active. After speaking with a few neighbors they recommended COOL CASA- saying they were “ fast and reliable.” I contacted them - and within 2 hours there was a technician at my house doing an estimate. The technician gave me an accurate breakdown of the real issue and found all the items to still have active warranty. The AC was fixed within another 4 hours and boom saved me from getting scammed by the other local company.

Matthew was very thorough and explained what he was going to be checking on. He is very knowledgeable and answered my questions accordingly. He was friendly and courteous.

Very professional, courteous, on time and willing to answer any and all questions! We called early on a Tuesday morning and they were at our house by 10am. The straps on our air conditioner in the attic broke and they were able to dispatch an installation team to come help with the repair. They took their time to test to make sure nothing was damaged when it fell and ensured it was running correctly before leaving. Thank you!

I’m very happy to have finally found an AC company with a reputation for fairness and honesty—which can be hard to come by in Texas. The technician and his apprentice were both very personable, polite, and easy to work with. They were on time, explained everything clearly, and my receipt included a detailed checklist of all the observations across different categories. The pricing was very reasonable, and I truly appreciate their transparency. Highly recommend!

After seeing several local recommendations, we called Cool Casa to look at our unit. All I can say is wow! Not only did someone come out same day during the Texas summer heat, the service they provided was professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, prompt and honest. Their staff was refreshing after having bad experiences with other HVAC companies. They gave us tips to extend the lifespan of units, protected our floors and carpet when removing a leaking coil and took the time to do the job right with the owner, manager and front office all involved to get us up and running same day. We called Cool Casa on late Friday just after 5PM and asked them return asap after they had just performed a Summer check up earlier that week.

Our 'nest thermostat' was glitching and not holding our desired pre set temperature. To our surprise, Cool Casa responded later that Friday evening to confirm a Morning Appt within the next 14 hours.

Although our system was recently serviced, Cesar, went through the entire system again to rule out any anomalies in the system.

After verifying the system was operating within its normal capacity, with no deficiencies, Cesar provided options and empowered us to make a decision that resulted in the best solution for us.

From the first time I talked on the phone with the office to the technician arriving at my home and an estimate sent I was extremely satisfied with their customer service. The people here are so nice and pleasant, and their prices are reasonable.
