If you are looking for a pool service that is honest, that cares about their customers, and keeps them informed of everything they do, Sterling is the one for you. They are wonderful.

Took care of my issue in a timely manner. Did not try to upsell, but did ask questions about the pool, pool system and how things were going. Answered all the questions that I asked. Over all the service was great, actually exceptional.

Extremely professional. I called them and the next day they were at my house analyzing my pool. They explained everything they will need to do and even removed their shoes when they came inside without being asked! (It was raining). I highly recommend them to anyone needing service.

These guys do a great job. I had fired my old pool service and I became the "pool boy". I had a hard time tipping because the "pool boy" wasn't doing such a good job and the pool was looking really bad. That's when I found the pool MAN!

These folks really do a great job at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them.

I am the type of person that enjoys working on my pool, but there are times I do not know what is wrong or how to correct the problem. That is when I call Sterling Pool Service . They are very professional; they explains what the problem is, why the problem occurred, what is required to correct the problem and a cost for correcting the problem. They will then complete the work as quickly as possible. I have been very pleased with the outstanding work Sterling Pool Service provides and the honesty they have in determining my pool problems and the cost for correcting my pool problems. Absolutely fantastic service! Great communication with Jeremy and the entire team. Always quick to respond, even on weekends. After a recent storm, our pump would not start. They had someone out within a couple of hours and had it fixed. The pricing is very good as well. Definitely recommend!

After having a broken filter for 1 1/2 months, my pool was a swamp, the home warranty wasn't responding and the pool company wouldn't answer or return a call. I was beyond frustrated. After calling around the area and noone having availability for 2 weeks or not returning my calls I came accross Sterling Pool Service. When someone answered my call and said they would call me back, I figured it was the same merry-go-round I had been riding...except I got a return call within 10 minutes. With news that the owner would come out the same day to check everything out. And he did! I had my filter replaced and the pool back to perfect within days (it was a swamp!) From the administrative staff to the owner (who came out himself, sometimes multiple times a day) I had nothing but superior customer service/service all around. I didn't think this still exsisted in today's world. Until the day Sterling Pool Service decides to close their doors I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. Thank you for being so great!!

Wow, what a great pool service! They are honest, dependable, communicate well and take great care of their customers. I've used several other pool services companies within DFW in the past and they are by far the BEST pool service I've had. Most of the other services I've used were not dependable or didn't do a good job on cleaning.....can't say enough good things about this company.

I have used Sterling Pool for over 20 years. They have also responded right away and have been able to fix every problem. One time someone ran through my fence and into my pool equipment during the winter. All of the equipment and pipes were busted. It was going to freeze within three days over a weekend. Sterling worked long hours and Saturday to make sure the pool equipment was working and the pipes would not freeze. Sterling will always be my pool repair man.

Great group of people they did a excellent job of maintaining my pool. They also did a great job when we had to replace our equipment for a competitive rate. They communicated any recommendations clearly and did the requested work in a timely manor.

Sterling Pool Service is ALWAYS timely and our Service Technician is Professional and Courteous. I would also like to recognize the corporate office where customer is always at a premium and it is not uncommon that the owners reach out to me to make sure our equipment and service is satisfactory

Kevin and his team are very professional, cost effective, and are able to tackle my nasty pool. They were able to get it sparkling, fix the leak, and get my pool running again even with the creative ways given the computer is fried. I highly recommend them and will be using them for weekly service to keep my pool sparkling.

I have used Sterling for several years. Kevin and his crew do an outstanding job of keeping my pool looking and running great. It never fails, 3 or 4 times a year I have an equipment issue, normally nothing major but none the less, needs repair. Kevin is quick to respond, gets the job done, and doesn't nickel and dime me. I have been a customer of Sterling pool for over 30 years (I know them very well). I have been extremely satisfied with their monthly services and repair work. I have engaged them for repairs to my pumps, lights, timers and pool deck repairs. I am more than satisfied with the work performed and the prices were competitive and reasonable. The crew is very easy to work with, they respond very quickly when there is a problem.

Great company to service your pool! I was given Sterling from my home warranty company due to a filter problem. From that time on, they treated me like I was their only customer (I assure you, they have a lot!). Kevin and the group do a fantastic job and you would be hard pressed to find a better company!

Warning. Do Not Use this company. They came out and charged a fee to diagnose the issue. They then stated they needed to order the parts and would be back to repair. They never came back to repair and they would no longer answer phone calls.
