Due to the mid-February precipitation and hard freeze, my water pipes broke in at least 2 places under the slab. I decided on the more expensive repairs to re-plumb the whole house. Everything was inspected by my insurance adjuster from USAA, and USAA covered all of the re-plumbing. Mr. Blankenship showed me where my shower pan had been leaking for some time and rotted the wooden studs and baseplates. He replaced my whole bathroom/shower and insurance paid one-half. All work was inspected by him several times per day, the workers were courteous and completed very quality work. With so many dishonest companies/workers preying upon people with problems, I feel fortunate to have done business with him and his company. He also returned several times to make sure that I was satisfied.

I just want to say if you are in need of a plumber this is the company to call. They did an amazing job and I will be definitely using them again. The employees know what they are doing and very polite.

I scheduled an appointment with Bill Blankenship Contracting on Monday morning and they were there that afternoon to start the repairs. The repairs were completed the next day and everything works great!! I was a return customer as this was the second repair job that they have done for me. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

Bill Blankenship and his company replaced our original one piece shower insert with a beautiful, high quality tiled shower. Bill and his team are professional, hard-working and punctual. Bill did a wonderful job explaining everything about the project from start to finish, and answered all our questions and concerns. The project was completed in a timely manner without sacrificing quality.

The Blankenship team is responsive, professional, knowledgeable, fairly priced and caring when it comes to their work and their customers. They keep their word and are some of the most trustworthy in the business - any business. From an outside, under the dirt major pipe excavation and repair to a slow leak on a bathroom faucet to a new water heater installation - they are the only call you need to make for pretty much any general contracting need you might have. I was out of the country. when I pipe ruptured in my home. Called the good contractors list and got bill's named there. Called him up, he knew nothing of me. I knew nothing of him explained the situation he showed up to take care of it. Total cost of repairs from damage was $31000. Bill did exactly as he said he would do, there was an issue through the insurance with the water Mediation from the leak. He hooked me up there and saw to that it was taken Care as well. All his work was done before I returned. appreciate all he did.

Have used Bill multiple times, always been satisfied. They go above and beyond every time. Not to mention he's a great guy.

We have used this company for home repairs and replacements for the past 12 years. Hot water heaters(2), toilets (4), upgrades to bar with copper basin/new granite, master bath/guest bathroom shower upgrade with new countertops, and plumbing/new fixtures. Never left a mess. All employees respectful of our home and answered all our questions regarding the job.

On December 27, 2024 my husband and I experienced a plumbing issue. Water was backing up into the bathtub, the toilet was clogged and the carpet in the hallway near the water heater was flooded. I immediately called Bill Blankenship Contracting, Inc. to see if a plumber could come out right away. We used this company in 2023 and were very pleased with their service. Within one hour two employees arrived and soon after Mr. Blankenship himself arrived.

We became concerned as time went on and we were told of all the issues they’d found. I explained to Bill that my husband and I are seniors on a fixed income and had experienced health and financial issues recently. He listened and then returned to check on the progress, while simultaneously making calls to find a new hot water tank.

I went into my prayer room and asked God to please help us, as I know that plumbing issues can be astronomically expensive. While in my prayer room my husband called me on the cell phone and requested that I come to the front yard where the workers were digging near the sewage line. He had tears in his eyes and said that the owner, Mr. Blankenship, and his wife wanted to bless us by doing all the work at no cost (including the installation and inspection of a new water tank)!! I gave him a hug and thanked him profusely. I stated that nothing like this had ever happened for us, that he’d made our year and that he would be blessed for what he’d done. My husband and I hugged as we realized what a blessing we’d just received.

Bill was very humble and said to his crew as they were refilling the holes with dirt, “Make it pretty boys!” We recommend Bill Blankenship Contracting Inc. for ALL your plumbing and remodeling needs; he’ll do right by you! Thank you to Bill, his wife, and all of the staff! God bless you all!

I travel for my line of work. I was getting ready to make a trip to California on a Monday. Sunday night before bed my toilet overflowed bad and flooded the bathroom and my daughter’s room. I am pretty handy, but I could not get them unclogged. Monday morning I had to wake up early and leave my wife with this mess.. I called several companies while traveling to get pricing and availability. I called Bill Blankenship and told him what was going on. I told him this happened right before I went out of town and I did not have time to deal with it. He asked if he could schedule for Tuesday and I said yes, that would be fine. He then asked if my wife and daughter were home? Yes sir, they are. He said well I’m gonna have somebody stop by there before the day is up. I cannot say enough about that statement. We had a couple of guys show up the same day to get us taken care of. My wife said that the guys that showed up were very nice and professional And helped us when we needed it. So I wanted to leave this review for the next person.
