Anthony came prepared and was able to repair our 15 year old LG washing machine on the spot. He diagnosed the problem quickly and took time to explain the repair to us. He had a very pleasant and respectful personality. The cost of the repair was very reasonable too and he left the work area clean and tidy. We highly recommend them for any appliance repair.

Mike's Appliance is based out of San Antonio, but they have a technician who lives and works in Corpus Christi. The tech is a very polite, responsive young man who keeps his appointments and answers his cell phone when you try to contact him. He identified our fridge's problem, ordered the part, installed it when it came in. All good.

Great company that really know what they are doing. Tech came out and serviced us very courteous and professional and very respectful. Strongly recommended. Both Andrew our technician and Angel, the associate that took our phone call to schedule and follow up with us to get our appointment and even after the appointment to make sure all went well, was absolutely amazing!

Arturo came out as scheduled, correctly diagnosed the problem with our Maytag washer, left to get two needed parts, & returned an hour later to complete the repair. Arturo was very courteous, respectful & professional. Excellent service & highly recommend Mike’s Appliance Repair Service!

Daniel Vallejo fixed my refrigerator fixed same day. Defrost timer. One of the best technicians ive ever met. Hes an asset to your comapny

Great customer service and personal care. I needed a refrigerator fixed for a rental unit. The customer service representative gave me one date, but when I requested an earlier date she was able to accommodate me. On the day of my appointment I was given updates of who the technician was and when he would be arriving. Mike personally called me to explain what needed fixing and was very gracious and thorough in his explanation. I will definitely continue doing business with this company.

Mike's Applicance is the best! Two places told me they couldn't fix my microwave, and I should replace it. Problem is it's part of a built-in combo GE microwave and oven, and the oven controls are on the microwave panel. I would have to replace both! Milke's found the parts and Julian fixed the microwave! It was the best appliance repair experience ever! Thoughtful people on the phone, and Julian was a genius repairman! I'll always call Mike's for any future appliance needs.

The Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. We liked the way he used the equipment he had to trouble shoot the problem. We have no problems since he fixed our appliance. Thank you.

I’ve had appliance repair services from Mike’s twice. Both times went great and I would highly recommend them to anyone. It is especially easy to schedule with them and they really stay in touch with you throughout the process.

Just want to say it took four companies to finally get our refrigerator fixed. Mike's Appliances was the fourth one and Daniel, who fixed my refrigerator did such an excellent job, that we will only ask for him now! He was professional and explained everything in detail. Very knowledgeable and specialized in this field! Daniel also said he would give us a courtesy call in two days! Wow! Thank you, Daniel. The temperature in our LG went down rather quickly. If you need your refrigerator fixed, this guy can do it and does such a professional job!

After dealing with a different company for 9 months with NO.. results.

Mr. Walters came this afternoon within minutes he diagnosed what was wrong with my refrigerator and fixed it quickly! He was kind and efficient and took the time to explain things to me!
