Quick Tweak was fantastic! Our Bosch dishwasher stopped drying dishes, and Dan came out right away.He was on time, professional, and had everything fixed quickly. Now it's working perfectly again. Super impressed with the service. Definitely recommend Quick Tweak if you need appliance repairs!

Refrigerator stopped working Friday and I couldn't find anyone to come out. Quick Tweak was opened and was able to come out and see the problem. Dan the tech was a nice gentleman was thorough and lead me on the right direction. He notice the compressor was still under warranty and advised me to get in touch with LG. I felt he saved me money by letting me know I had options. I don't feel He tried to milk me for anything. Service cost was acceptable.

Anthony from Quick Tweak came to assess the problem with my refrigerator today. He did a thorough diagnostic and found multiple issues. I've decided to replace my unit due to part prices and the age of my current refrigerator but If I had decided to repair it I definitely would have used Quick Tweak. Anthony was very professional and friendly, he also gave me some great tips on what to look for when purchasing my new fridge. Quick Tweak responded quickly to our washer balance issue. I looked at videos on YouTube to see if I could diagnose the problem and fix it myself. But I decided hiring someone to order the right part and install it correctly would be wise. Their technician Dan was knowledgeable of the problem from the start and fixed the washer.

I would recommend Quick Tweak for any household appliance needs. We now have had them come out twice for our appliance needs. They are quick to respond, and have speedy service. I value their honesty-our washer broke and Anthony was honest and quick to let us know our cost and share some recommendations after we asked, so that we could make the best possible decision for our budget. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our Whirlpool dishwasher needed a motherboard replacement and they were so helpful, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process.
