Hunter Service Group sent out Aiden to service my Generac generator. Very pleased with Hunter Service Group and the customer service they have provided. Aiden was prompt, on time, and thorough. I can’t ask for anything more.

I just have to start this review by saying that the brother team of Chris and Mason Carker are absolute top notch, high quality professionals. Anyone reading this who has hired any service knows that you just don’t easily find smart, honest, hard working, friendly individuals like that in today’s working world.

I live in a 50 year old house, that was having increasing electrical issues with time. I found Hunter Service Group by reading and being impressed with these reviews, and they sent Chris out to meet me. He was very thorough and easy to talk to, and spent over 3 hours making notes all over the house and working on a plan that gave me several options. When he opened my fuse box, he knew immediately just by sight that it was an outdated panel that had been recalled in the mid 90’s. This guy is so good at his job.

On the day of my appointment as promised, Chris and his brother Mason showed up exactly on time and they worked back to back 12 hour days this weekend to take care of my home. These guys are super professional and unshakable. They were machine-like in hot conditions, and in darkness, making sure every detail was taken care of and always with a smile and with time for my questions. I couldn’t be more impressed and I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you guys, great job.

Patrick (Rice) and Gabe upgraded my 20+ year old panel. Very courteous and conscientious. They made sure we had anything we needed plugged into their generator before proceeding, offered their battery-operated fan. Explained everything as they went. Panel looks great. Appreciated Chris coming out yesterday and repairing our melting outlet.

I needed an electrical problem investigated with my garbage disposal and discovered Hunter Service group on the Internet with high ratings. Technicians were friendly, very professional and thorough. They were great at explaining the problem and had great work ethics. Investigation found another potentially serious problem, so I will definitely be using them again! No problem scheduling quick service. I definitely recommend this great family owned business!

We have used Hunter Service Group on multiple occasions and have been grateful for their excellent products and most importantly, their incredibly knowledgeable, dependable, courteous, & diligent technicians. Most recently, Brendan Ellis provided us with support and advice to improve the efficiency of our HVAC system and attic insulation. Jesse Montemayor and Christian Moreno provided the services today. They arrived on time, kept us informed about the status of the work, were polite, provided excellent service, and left the work area clean. It's not always easy to find trustworthy, quality, reliable service providers, but Hunter Service Group has consistently been outstanding and we will continue to call upon them if we have future needs.

Chris was absolutely amazing! I had him come out to add and move light switches, which he was able to do without cutting into the wall. We discussed outdoor lighting and he suggested wafer lights ( color changing). The result was absolutely beautiful. I could not be more pleased. Chris was always on time, cleaned up after finishing his work and has excellent ideas regarding lighting.
He was enthusiastic and worked as if he was working on his own home.

My husband and I are very happy with electrical work done by John Alestas and his team; Chris and Stacy….A 200 amp Siemens, 30 circuit panel with surge protector and generator plug were installed plus ran wire under sidewalk towards shed next to house
Where outlets, light switch and shed lights were installed..
They were very meticulous on how they did their work and I appreciate that as I could barely see where they had dug to run wire to the shed …..I appreciated that they went beyond their call of duty and they deserve a big raise/promotion 👏. John was also very patient with us in explaining process and I would like to thank him for giving us advice on purchase of a portable generator - that was very kind of him… I also told him that I chose him out of three bids because of his honesty … there was another bid that was lower but I prefer to pay a little bit more just knowing that we’re working with honest people… Thank you John, Chris, Stacy for your hard work😊

Hunter Service Group upgraded my electrical panel and installed an EV charger. All of the technicians were polite and respectful and expertly and professionally performed the services required. I am very satisfied with the work.

What can I say? Chris the electrician is the man! I needed repairs and upgrades to my electrical system in a house that I recently purchased. I was going out of town and was in need of these repairs done before I left. I did my due diligence and interviewed several electricians. Chris blew me over with his very reasonable offer as well as his professionalism. I immediately hired him and he and his partner were kind enough to work late into the night to get the repairs done before I left town the following day. I cannot say enough about how I appreciate all his efforts as well as his partner’s that evening. I highly recommend Hunters Services Group for any electrical need that one might have they have. Noe installed smoke detectors at my residence. He was friendly, polite and appropriately attired. His service was performed quickly and well and neatly. Very satisfied.

I love how the company introduces their electrician and allows you to see when they will arrive.

Christopher quickly identified and corrected the short in the circuit of one of our master bathroom light fixtures and then hung a ceiling fan for us in a guest bedroom.

He was very personable and professional. We were so glad he could come out so that we had lights again in our master bathroom.

I found Hunter Service Group on line and decided to give them a try with a non working oven. Chris Kaser was sent to my home and ran tests to figure out why my oven isn’t working. Unfortunately, my oven is built-in meaning it would have to be pulled out of its casing. Chris did check the circuit breaker and all was well at that end. I’ll have to contact the manufacturer and have them come out and run their tests to figure out if the oven needs to be replaced. Chris was able to fix a light switch in my dining room. The flickering lights in the huge chandelier was menacing so Chris ran a test on the switch and found it was bad. Problem solved - Chris had a replacement switch and now no more flickering lights. Chris’ professionalism was above and beyond what I could have expected so I will definitely be contacting them for future issues. Thank You Chris for all of your explanations/answers on surge protectors and to my other questions on electricity and circuit breakers.

Chris came to our home to check on some outlets that were not working properly. He was very personable and professional, and communicated very well to understand our challenges. Chris quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and he also did a full electrical examination of our wiring and outside breaker box, and found and corrected two potential fire hazards. He also installed a surge protector, which we did not have before. We are extremely pleased with Hunter and especially with Chris, and would recommend them very highly.

Hard to believe it has been over a year since I had a new 24kW whole house generator installed. Installation was super fast, all planning and engineering was handled by Hunter, and the installation of the gas pipe and electrical was excellent! The generator has functioned flawlessly since installation.

Aiden performed my one year service and most recently (Sep 2025) visited for a start up issue I was experiencing during exercising. He quickly identified the root cause and ordered the needed replacement part. His genuine nature and personable approach is always appreciated and makes explaining a problem super easy! Thank you for the great service call!

After having a tree fall on our power line I called Hunter Services. They had someone out within an hour. Efran was super knowledgeable and helped explain everything clearly and communicated what the project was going to entail. Tony their project manager followed up immediately and broke down 3 options for me and helped me navigate each option. The following morning Patrick and Gabriel showed up were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. They had their work cut out for them and got the job done in timely manner. For not having to have dealt with something like this their team made it’s as turn key as possible. 10/10 would recommend them and would use them again.

I had the pleasure of working with Hunter Service Group. I obtained three quotes for some work to be done and Hunter Service was familiar to me because of some electrical work they did for me in the past. They were extremely friendly with their customer service and appointment scheduling. When I was given a time for my quote and the work to be done they were on time. Brendan was my service technician and he was spectacular and his customer service skills were outstanding. He was able to diagnose my issue and even helped me categorize which issue to prioritize. The pricing was middle of the pack while not being the least expensive or the most but the customer service is was puts it over. I have now used Hunter Service group for some Electrical and now HVAC work and I’ve been extremely satisfied with all the work done. They stand behind their work and I will be using them for future needs. They may not be all over TV or billboards but they surpass expectations with their customer service and Brendan was awesome to work with and discuss how and why he suggested the work he was doing. Give them a chance next time you need work done.

Larry was GREAT! Very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Honesty goes a long way and he gain my trust and I felt he was very honest and made me feel confident that the job will be done right!
