Couldn't ask for a better experience. Great to work with

A wonderful group of people to work with. Always enjoy doing business together.

Joe and his staff at Precision Contracting will treat you like a member of the family here.

Thank you Sheryle Leal off Precision Contracting for handling the repainting of our old home to put up for sale. It looks great!👍🏻

We have used this company for several projects - bathroom, piano room, kitchen, and siding repair. They have always been competitively priced and have done amazing work. Thanks!

Joe Dubbels is highly attentive to details and will go above and beyond to make sure a project is done well! Precision has done a couple of projects for us already and we have more in queue! We’ll NEVER look for another contractor!!!

Precision has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They are very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everyone at this company seems to truly care about their customer’s experience, and that shows through in their work!

Precision contracting did an amazing job on our home renovation and even more amazing is Sheryle Leal for handling every detail and issue in making our house ready to be a “home”. Thank you Sheryle for your eye to even the small details!!! Great job!

I am writing this memo to show gratitude for your ability to deliver our Rehab Without Walls concept at 814 Arion Parkway, San Antonio TX on a strict timeline
Having worked with numerous landlords on similar projects, Derik Strong set your firm apart from the rest.
While no project is without adversity, the attitude and approach of Derik made dealing with issues much easier. Your exemplary performance has forced me to compare execution by other developers.
Thank you for a great experience and on time delivery!

Precision Contracting was great to work with!! They always made sure to clean things up from the day of work before they left. Sheryle was awesome and she always listened to our concerns and helped resolve any issues that arose. Will use them again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars for the Precision Contracting team! I have done 2 personal projects with them, as well as several “make ready” projects for my clients! As a REALTOR, I look for high quality workmanship and Precision delivers! The entire team is so great to work with and they made my vision come to life. They are professional, great communicators, easy to reach, and efficient. I highly recommend them for any project, big or small! Thank you, Sheryle, Jim and Joe!

Precision Contracting is AMAZING! We were in a time crunch to get some repairs done on our 20 year old home so we could get in on the market. Wayne came in and gave us an honest and fair bid. The crews that come in to do the different projects were top notch. Each one skilled in his own trade. The time frame he gave us was met to a tee which allowed me to get a crew in to clean carpets and whatever else needed to be done. Our home sold the first day it was on the market. I am firmly convinced that the work Precision Contracting did gave our home such a beautiful facelift that it made it easier to sell. If you are looking for a company to do any kind of work on your home then look no further. PRECISION CONTRACTING is your one stop shop. Best decision and money we ever spent!!!

I hired Precision Contracting company to do closed out the between house and the detach garage plus few other jobs around the house and they did a fantastic job. Wayne is very personable and detail about the project. After the job was complied my house looks great and can even tell we did the construction after the house was built. I will recommend this company for any one who is planning to remodel the house or business!

Outstanding contractor. Just finished a master bath shower remodel and we are very happy with the work. Got a fair price for the work done and everything was delivered on time and on budget. Owner was involved in every detail and super easy to work with. Give them a call before you sign up with someone else...you'll be happy you did!

Precision is a professional company with professional employees. They were quick to respond and did a great job. The carpentry work was very well done in one day. They could not exactly match the paint color on my closet wall, although it was very close. They went ahead and painted the entire closet at no extra charge.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism of Precision Contracting. My husband is active duty military and we were living on the east coast when we had major water damage to our master bath due to our builder installing the shower pan incorrectly. We were in a real jam because we were scheduled to leave the country for several months and needed to get the water damage repaired and that required gutting our master shower. We have a custom home in the hill country and were worried about getting the water damage and demo completed correctly, customized to a high standard, in a timely manner and keeping the cost of the project on budget. We were also renting our home at the time and needed to have a company that would work with our tenants. Precision Contracting was highly recommended to me by my neighbor, who is a realtor for a premier real estate agency. I can’s say enough about Sheryl and the team. She kept us informed on a daily basis if needed, took photos of the project, helped with communication and the process needed for the insurance claim. Our shower looks beautiful. The water damage and needing to gut our entire shower was a large project in the custom home. Sheryl was a god send and we are very pleased with Precision Contracting and plan to use this company for renovation updating our home when we return next year to our home.

I have used Precision Contracting multiple times. They have done work in my personal home and they have done work for several of my clients. Sheryle and her team are fantastic! They are always on time, on budget and the job gets done in the amount of time they promise. They don't nickel and dime and their prices are more than fair. So far we have had them add pendant lights in our kitchen, hang a sliding barn door and remodel our master bathroom. They are the only company I will call any of our home improvement!

My employer used Precision contracting to do renovations of an entire floor in a commercial building space. This was no easy feat due to the sensitivity of the work which had to be broken up into multiple phases. Jim Welsh, Brian, Luis, Renee, Oscar, and crew were phenomenal. Everything wasn’t smooth sailing and we definitely hit some snags along the way BUT Joe and Jim’s willingness to make everything right is why I’m writing this review. Precision does not cut corners and their final product has to meet not only your standards but theirs as well. I appreciate their thoroughness with every punch list, their attention to detail, and their great attitude through the entire process. Jim was great at explaining the entire process, next steps, and expectations. Joe was always available to take questions or make suggestions. I could always get in touch with someone and the few times I had to left a voicemail, my call was returned within a timely manner. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the San Antonio area and look forward to hiring them for residential work in the future. Job well done!

Almost killed us on the damn highway right now cut us off and then blinker on after to get over. His Big ole trailer in his way, he needs to go back to the driving course. he didn’t need to exit or anything. Some young guy driving

I finally visited in person after not traveling during covid. The work they did is terrible, the paint is peeling already, it's disgraceful. The rear stairs were not built to the details, I'm so glad we didn't have them do any more.

Be warned their drivers are dangerous. While driving on i10 truck #1412 around 4pm was behind me in the left lane I was going 75-78mph and they were right on my tail but I couldn't get over just yet since there were other cars around me. As soon as there was an opening that truck went right around me, cut me off and slammed on their brakes! How dangerous and irresponsible is that?! Not once did I slam on my brakes when they were on my tail bc that is dangerous. I AM PREGNANT!!!!!!!
