(Specifically Ingrid and Trevor)They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We also appreciated the great incentives offered, which made a big difference for our family. Highly recommend Centex to anyone looking for a new home!

My wife and I just purchased a new build through Pulte & Centex and couldn’t be happier with all of the help we received along the way. Ana helped us go through the different house options and provided a move-in/closing date and stuck to it. Trevor was assigned to be our Project Field Manager and he’s been a blessing. He helped my wife and I, day and night, with any questions and concerns that popped up during the build. He’s been so helpful during the whole process, and even after we received the keys he continues to help us out. We couldn’t be any happier with the finished product and will definitely recommend Pulte/Centex at Davis Ranch to friends and family!

The neighborhood itself,is presentable.When you enter Davis Ranch you can see the beautiful landscaping,beautiful pool. I Like the kind of houses that we have,like modern country style.

Mr. Frank Brown and Synthia did everything possible to help me with everything I needed. Mr. Frank had been helping me since day one. We are very happy with the services he is providing.
I still believe the house was built using commercial material, but it is still up to good standards, and if repairs are needed, it will get fixed quickly and efficiently.

I bought a newly-built Taft home at Centex Homes' Davis Ranch. It was the first new house for me, and I was pleasantly surprised to get Friday text messages about the work that had been completed each week. As closing neared, two informative walk-throughs with the construction manager familiarized me with the appliances, yard care, and available resources. With the high-quality work, simple beauty, and the energy efficient features and appliances, I feel confident that I've made a good deal on a house that promises to be a secure shelter and a worthwhile investment, but even more important, an enjoyable home.

The construction manager Eduardo went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and ready for move in. From the biggest to the smallest details that we pointed out. We are in the process of moving in and have already received a call from Cinthia who is making sure everything works properly. We feel cared for and excited to be part of this great community.

I had the pleasure of working with Chancellor Bates. Overall, I couldn't have asked for anything more than what he provided. The treatment, customer care, and responsiveness was well above the standard I've received anywhere else. Any issues, concerns, or general questions were answered almost immediately even after hours. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a house halfway across the world while stationed overseas. It was a bit of a rocky start with the title company making mistakes but they were able to make it up and provide top notch service to me. Working with Eric and most recently Trevor when I got into San Antonio Has been amazing. It makes me feel at ease that I made the right choice with going through with this company and builder.

Ingrid was the best! If your looking for Pulte or centex home in the future. She is absolutely who you need to speak with. She went above and beyond for my client and she also stayed in touch with us over the transaction. Most sales reps don’t do that but she did! Highly recommend her!

Working with this builder was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Valerie, the sales representative, was outstanding—she consistently went above and beyond to assist my client and ensure their needs were met. Trevor, the construction manager, was equally impressive, providing excellent communication and addressing any repairs quickly and efficiently.

The overall build quality, communication, and process were top-notch. Out of all the builders I’ve worked with, this was by far the smoothest experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to future clients.
