Tommy is the most thorough home inspector! I have personally used him on my home. I’ve also recommended him to dozens of other home buyers. He is simply the best!

Professional, detail oriented, driven. He does what he is supposed to do as an inspector, punctual, friendly. I will use his services again if I have a future inspection. I did home , termite, plumbing with camera inspections, and foundation elevation. Reports delivered the next day with photos and all details. Thanks Thomas.

When I was tasked to find a home inspector in another State, I was worried whether I'd get someone that was Nice, honest, and most of all trustworthy & IF they would give us a "True" home inspection and NOT rush through it. I was provided a list by our realtor and after 2 people on the list would charge Extra for "Milage" I decided to Google home inspector in San Antonio and called "Texas Choice Inspection" I was surprised that the person answering wasn't a rep or assistant, but instead owner Thomas. I explained to him where I was and what fee was & he made himself available Right Away! I canceled the first one, as realtor wasn't available and rescheduled he had no issues with me texting him either. At the time of Inspection I had my brother go and make sure he didn't rush through Inspection just to stay out of his way (he lives in Tx) and to my surprise Thomas didn't mind, but instead explain to my brother the issues he was seeing. AMAZING is all I am going to say from here on. Thomas helped us see after the EXTEAMLY well Executed report/Pictures what we wouldn't have seen ourselves. Needless to say we will be using him on the Next home inspection. And as for a Message from our Realtor. "I will be recommending Texas Home Inspection for anyone that asks" plus he's adorable and didn't charge any Extra mileage. Thank you so much Thomas...from Las Vegas, NV.

Highly recommend Tommy & Texas Choice inspections to come out for any home inspections. My fiancé and I are buying a new build home and had Tommy come out to inspect it prior to purchasing it and Tommy has been fantastic throughout the entire process. Great choice for a home inspector. We were told last minute we needed to have it done in 3 days time and after calling him he was able to fit us in . He did a great job with detailed pictures and explanations for the average Joe to understand. Highly recommended
