Very poor experience from start to finish. We paid over $300 for the Deluxe cleaning. Normally other services send 2 technicians for about 2-3hrs and the job is done thoroughly. Texas Cleaning Service sent 1 technician that spent 4.5 hrs and still didn’t get the job done. I personally swept 3 dustpans full of dirt after she mopped. When I contacted the management with pictures, they were slow to respond and gave me the run around for a month. When Adam the manager finally responded he claimed he issued a partial refund. It’s been several weeks and I’ve yet to receive any refund. I would not recommend using this sub standard business to anyone. Pictures were taken as the technician was walking out the door.
