Brandon and his family represent the standard of what a business should be. Brandon went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and the installation of our new coils, lines, and condenser was completed to perfection.

When a sensor within the new unit was not operating correctly out of the box, Brandon drove to a distribution center during rush hour to exchange it for a new one, stating, "I'm not leaving until this runs perfectly." You rarely see that level of commitment anymore, and I will certainly be using this team for all of my future projects.

Just had a annual service check. Great job! Sprayed the AC down and really cleaned it out! Blew out the drain line. Checked filters. Checked freon. And a good price.

This is by far the best service company that I have ever used. They are honest and trustworthy and truly stand behind their customers and their work. The coil needed to be replaced in my AC unit that was warrantied for 5 years. It was six months after the warranty expired and the owner went to bat with the manufacturer to replace the coil and won, I did not have to do a thing, he did it all! This company truly cares about customer satisfaction and treats customers as people, not numbers.

Air By Hahn is the BEST! This is a family owned & operated business that does business right. No gimmicks, no pressure, and no BS. The one problem that we encountered was fixed promptly with no extra charges. The owner himself made sure that everything was performing up to my expectations, which are admittedly pretty high - I like to keep the house at 71 degrees :)
