I have used this business for several years to service my A/C unit. They always do a top notch service, honest and are very affordable too.

Great company. Roman was able to diagnose and repair my unit in half an hour. I've been having issues for months and other AC companies were trying to make me replace my unit because of a simple issue.

Been using Alamo Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning since 2016. They are my go-to and recommend them to everyone. Roman was great at explaining what I needed to know. Monique and the other office staff are very nice and always called me back as promised with needed info. I’m a happy customer.

We had an issue with our unit & Alamo resolved the problem the next day. Roman worked until 9:00 pm to ensure our a/c would be working that night. We are eternally grateful!

Great company. Same day response and repair for warranty service. They were far more economical for a 2 stage TRANE unit compared to many other companies in San Antonio.

Our AC was having issues for years, and no one could ever seem to find a solution. Alamo Comfort sent Daniel over and he was able to diagnose and solve the problem. It was an extremely unique case that took lots of troubleshooting, ordering of new parts, and installing everything correctly. Daniel went absolutely above and beyond! We could not be happier with his service. A big thank you to the company, and especially to Daniel for finally fixing our problem.

My coils on my AC unit was freezing up, I let them thaw for a few days, then I called and was able to get service the next day, (Adrain) came out all was supposedly well , but there was a little miss understanding . I called back the very next day and the manager Daniel himself came and repaired without any additional cost👍very satisfied customer

This is a locally owned family company, not owned by a private equity firm. Let’s keep our hard earned San Antonio dollars right here in San Antonio! This company strives to give solid service, honest solutions with NO upselling of any kind. Customers should know their options and make decisions theirselves without a technician sales person, pushing them to make unnecessary repairs or upgrades.

The day my heating unit went down it was an extremely cold morning with snow and ice and 17 degree temperature. Not ideal working conditions. The service man arrived within a couple of hours of my calling and despite the weather he was pleasant, polite and patient as he listen to the details of my heating unit's problems. Later I found him to be very knowledgeable in what he was doing to putting this unit back in service. Which made me very happy.

Professional service. Eddie was great and took care of the issue in short order. Very reasonable cost. Highly recommend !!
