My A/C drain was clogged and Derek can out and cleaned it out the same day I called. Very professional and reasonably priced.

I don’t even know where to begin! So happy that I found this business. Unfortunately, I had to use them on two different occasions because the Texas heat killed my AC. On the first occasion, as soon as I knew my AC was out, I contacted multiple companies to see when the earliest time they could come to my house and save me from the HEAT. Multiple people told me they were booked out for days. This hot mama was not having it! Luckily, I found All County. I texted them late at night and they showed up early morning the next day. Not only did they get my AC working again, he found that my heater vent was not properly positioned to the outside which could have been deadly to my family. He gladly fixed it with no extra charges. On the second occasion, again, All County came within 2 hours of my contacting them and rescued me from the heat once again. THANKS SO MUCH! Keeping their contact in my phone for all my AC/heater needs now! :)

These guys are solid. Their quote was 1/3 of another company, with impeccable service. The first fix worked for a bit, but caused a trip. They eagerly came out and fixed the issue. I am a very happy customer and will use All County for all of my HVAC needs.

Trustworthy! Reliable! Professional! We have had our a/c serviced by Mr Johnson a few times and I cannot express how happy we are with his services! He is an extremely hard worker whom answers your calls and will explain the problem and resolve. He does not overcharge! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Derek came out within 3 hours from the time we called and did a great job. This is our 2nd time using All County and both times have been top notch, definitely recommend using this company.

We had an A/C issue that required a service call. Derek not only worked around our busy schedule, he also responded to my after hours texts and provided “work arounds” to keep the temperature comfortable in our home.

We noticed a burning plastic smell when we turned on our heater and decided to call an HVAC professional. To our delight, they were able to come to our home that very afternoon. Within 10-15 minutes he was able to determine there was an electrical issue that needed to be replaced. He was super professional, and even fixed a separate thermostat issue we didn’t know we had to help save on electrical costs. Overall, the bill was fair and I would definitely use them in the future to give my HVAC/AC system regular maintenance. 10/10!!

I called Derek for a routine maintenance call on my home unit. He gave me a call when he was on his way and was on time. He was very professional and made helpful suggestions to me and didnt try to sell me additional equipment or services that I didn't need. His price was fair. I will be using his company from now on for twice a year maintenance and refer him to friends.

We had Michael come out today and take a look at our central AC that wasn't working. He diagnosed the issue quickly as a bad blower motor. However, after looking further he found the previous company had put on an insufficient capacitor. After fixing that, things were working again. I really appreciate their quick response, and their honesty. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Derek was so helpful and went above and beyond installing a mini split unit for our master bedroom. He was prompt, affordable, super respectful, and provided excellent and CLEAN work. He went above and beyond and was communicative throughout the entire process.
If you need any AC work done, he’s your guy!

We are VERY happy with Derek’s work . My usual AC “go to” became unreliable. A friend recommended this company and we are very happy she did! He walked us through the house and showed us the temp on each and every vent and we felt an immediate (positive)difference with the circulation once he was done!
