This company sent a technician out to my house to diagnose my air conditioner, and I was told late Monday afternoon that the problem would be taken care of Tuesday. I found out today (Wednesday) that the company is not going to take care of it because they don't like where my unit is located.

I wish they would have just told me this rather than wasting 2 full days of my time, while I'm in a very hot house. I will never call them again, nor will I refer them.

Promised to come out between 9 and 1 last Monday. Came at 300 pm. We could have been out and about if the tech was going to be that late. Said our motor needs repair or replacement but needed to order it from Trane and would call us once the part arrives. No call 1 week later.
