Best A/C and Plumbing company no doubt. My Dad did A/C service for 44 years, so I am pretty familiar with the profession. Dad is long retired, but Comfort Air is a good old fashioned, honest, and terrific company. My A/C went out on Saturday night at 6 pm. They had me back to the cool by 8 pm! Yes, on a Saturday! And Travis, the service tech was a very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable gentleman, just like everyone I have dealt with there. Thank you again Comfort Air.

So it was Saturday, 4 hours before family was due for our early Christmas party, and I had a pretty serious plumbing issue. My usual plumber was out of town but his company recommended Primo, so I called, and got a quick response. The service technician (Mitchell) was professional, polite but best of all, very knowledgeable! He had the plumbing up and running and my Christmas party was only delayed for just under an hour. Big plus, the cost was reasonable.
I highly recommend Primo!

Have you ever left a 5 star review for a company you ultimately didn't go with? I took bids on replacing a condenser from every Carrier operator in town. While I ultimately went with a company I had been with for years due to scheduling, Comfort-Air was the only other one that gave an honest price, professional service, and responsive feedback. You can't go wrong with them and I plan on giving their plumbing a go because of this great experience.

Juan and Alex installed my new a/c. The guys did an amazing job to get the unit up and running as quickly as possible while keeping their working area clean. I am so pleased. They have positive and fun attitudes. It was a pleasure to have met these two. My sales person Daniel has been great as well, always there to answer my questions and assist as needed. Thank you.

I have used Primo Plumbing over the years multiple times. I have always found them to be fair and reliable. They don’t overcharge and are very efficient. Their staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Keith and Kareem were great! They showed up ready to tackle the issue we were having with some leaky drain pipes. Upon initial service call it was just the pipes but they identified the faucet, leaking as well. So they returned later to fix the faucet. While they were on site, one of our restrooms was having a flushing issue. I asked them if they could take a look at it and without hesitating, they agreed. I know they’re busy but they were able to fix that issue as well, on the spot. These guys are very professional, friendly and overall great! Will continue to use this company’s services as long as it’s Keith and Kareem coming out.

Comfort Air was very responsive to an A/C repair issue for a house I was selling on behalf of a client. They quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended two options with differing price points. Once we approved the estimate, they were prompt in getting the part ordered and the work done within our narrow contract dates. I recommend Comfort Air without hesitation.

Comfort-Air has been servicing my air conditioning/heating system for over a decade and has always done so with professionalism and expertise. The most recent work I had done on my system was performed by Steven, and the service was phenomenal! I know that when I call Comfort-Air I can trust that the job will be done right and with care.

Nate and Donte came to our house today to clean the fans in our AC units. They were extremely professional and very respectful. They did their work quickly and efficiently. Nate was very good at explaining everything that he was doing and showing me the before and after pictures. Both guys were very polite and worked hard to get the job done quickly. They are a great team, and a great reflection of Comfort Air. I would use them again.

As we have come to expect, the service and work from Primo Plumbing was excellent. A complex problem involving a pipe re-route required careful preparation to avoid unnecessary damage and expense. Max and Gabriel worked carefully through a difficult architectural problem, minimized wall damage, and provided better water service after the repair than we had before. This company is our choice for plumbing and hvac.

Comfort Air is the best AC company! Not only did they come out within 2 days of my phone call they provided the best AC unit, and best customer service! Josh and the other technicians were very knowledgeable professional and very friendly! I highly recommend Comfort Air and their prices are hard to beat! Tom Freund was wonderful setting everything up! I was without AC for 2 weeks tried all the other AC companies and no one could help me, wish I would’ve called Comfort Air first, I will definitely use them forever!

We have an office building by The Pearl and Comfort Air has done a lot of work at our building. They have gone above and beyond making sure everything is working right and have been wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this company for all HVAC work.

This was our first time using Primo Plumbing but definitely won’t be our last. Making the appointment with dispatch was easy. They called to confirm the business day before. The tech, Mitchell, was on time, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He found the leak (pool auto fill, again) and came up with a solid “bandaid” solution until we can get the pool company out for a repair. The final bill was a pleasant surprise and well worth it. All around, a very professional and efficient operation. I am a local Realtor and will start recommending Primo Plumbing to all of my clients. Thank you for a great experience!

I cannot tell you how happy I am with Comfort Air! They were responsive and were able to see me same day in 100 degree weather when our capacitor went out. Robert Alcorta was the best technician ever. Not only was he responsive and professional, but his knowledge was so impressive. We have decided that we are going to move forward with a monthly service plan with Comfort Air. I trust them to take care of our home unit!

Comfort Air - solid, reliable company. Highly recommend. We bought and moved into a new (to us) house in 2023, the year SA broke all those heat records. The house had 2 AC units. One died that year, of course. Had 3 companies come out to bid and they all came in well over $20k for a 4 ton unit and the salesmen were all exactly that - sales people. Engineer husband joins via phone to respond to the bs talking points and we learn that the salesmen don’t actually understand what they are selling or saying. A relative gives me a contact at Comfort Air, so I reach out. No BS, just straight facts about the system and a very reasonable price. As expected, they were booked out for a few weeks, but they sent a tech out to see if he could do anything to help keep our old system limping along. Once installed, the new system performed flawlessly. Fast forward to 2024 and the 2nd unit dies. I call Comfort Air and get a solid quote, no BS. I explained that we have an airflow problem with the upstairs, and heat collects at the top of the stairs. When they installed the new system, they ran ductwork to the hallway and now the upstairs airflow works and all the rooms are the same temperature. Their prices are more than fair, the techs they send out are professional, and they actually solve problems. It doesn’t get better than that.

This company has done very good work in maintaining my HVAC equipment. They have also repaired problems with plumbing devices in my home. I recommend them very highly. One word of caution; they need a considerable lead time when making appointments for regular maintenance (2 or more months). This kind of lead time has not been required when something was broken or was out of service. Only for regularly necessary maintenance. Very good company.
