It is always a great experience with Gabe and his team. He was on time for our appointment and completed maintenance in a timely manner. I’ve been having an issue with certain rooms getting too hot and he gave me recommendations and options with no high pressure sales. Overall very happy with this service and will continue to use them for years to come.

Great service! We had a few issues with our A/C and had a hard time getting anyone to come out any time soon. Gabe’s came out promptly and got us back up and running again. He was very kind, informative, and did not try to upsell anything. I highly recommend them!

Gabe and his guys took pride in their workmanship, and they did the job for significantly cheaper than two other quotes I received.

Gabe and his technicians did a great job repairing my AC unit. The original company I called said I had to replace my whole system (evaporator, condenser, and furnace) for a refrigerant leak. They were very pushy in trying get me to replace it all with them. I called Gabe, and he immediately found the leak, and was able to get it fixed for half the price of the other company. Not only that, but he noticed a couple things that were installed improperly during the original furnace install, and he fixed those things too.

Our family has had the pleasure of doing business with Gabe's Priority AC Service for many, many years. Gabe and his crew worked diligently to keep our original (25 year old) AC unit up and running faithfully until one hot July day about 10 years ago when it finally blew it's last breath of cold air and needed to be replaced on an emergency basis.

They wanted to make my pregnant niece (who was staying with us at the time) as comfortable as possible so they even brought us some portable AC units to help cool down the house until they could complete the job. Now that was OUTSTANDING service then and they continue to provide our family with outstanding service time and time again.

Today two members of Gabe's crew (Urban and Roman) did an excellent job on an Evaporator and Blower Wheel Pull and Clean for us. They were prompt, friendly, courteous and highly knowledgeable of the entire process. Now we are ready for the cold snap that will be with us for a few days and for our hot Texas summer which is right around the corner.

With Gabe and his crew's continued expert service, I expect our AC to be cooling us down for many hot summers to come.

BTW: Gabe offers a great 3 year Maintenance Service Plan that is well worth the price! On this plan, our AC unit will be serviced and maintained regularly throughout the 3 year period and you even get discounts on other services that are outside of the coverage of the plan. Gabe will work with you! Ask him about their 3 year Maintenance Service Plan.

I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gabe's Priority AC Service to anyone out there in South Texas for their AC needs.

Called so many places that were 24hours and all of them kept saying it was going to be till the next day, at the last minute I called Gabe’s Priority A/C and the man himself showed up after 30mins of the phone call. Showed up, got to work, charged my A/C and informed me what was going on with my system, was gone an hour later. You need your A/C fixed? Call these people!

Can't say enough about the wonderful service I've received from Gabe. I had an emergency and he recognized that and came within an hour. You don't see this quality of service in this day and age.

Highly recommend, this company especially if you live in the outskirts of San Antonio, like I do in Von Ormy. My A/C went out and Gabe came to diagnose and found the issue. He fixed same day and gave me good prices. Very knowledgeable and helps you the very best, not like other companies. Also Ashley from customer service was very nice and helpful. We had a great experience with Gabe as well as Urban and Roman who did the repairs. Everyone was very professional and answered all my questions. Gabe came over the same day I called him, which was a week earlier than the other places I looked into. The issue could not be fixed the first day so they lent me a portable ac to hold us over until the part came in. They were able to come fix my unit the next day. Excellent service and much faster than I expected.

We have been working with Gabe for a couple years, he installed 2 new heat pump systems and they have been great. We signed on for the extended service agreement and they have kept things in great shape. They are trustworthy, and it's always good to see them every 6 month's.

I have tried 2 "big" AC companies here in San Antonio to maintain my unit. Both constantly attempted to upsell me services I did not need, charged outrageous rates, and made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. Then we found Gabe's Priority AC service. Man! I called multiple companies who weren't able to come for a few days when our A/C stopped working and Gabe was able to come out within hours to help fix our A/C. It got well into the 90’s in our home and they were able to come back the next day once they got the part they needed to get everything fixed. Their customer service and staff are amazing, helpful, very informative, and it feels like they truly care. Shout out to Gabe, Urban, and Ashley! 10/10!

Urban and Roman are incredibly professional. They knocked out the job in no time at all and made sure to clean up any mess, of which there was little. Urban even took the time to teach about good ac maintenance. I cannot recommend the crew at Gabe's enough, they will not let you and down and of the two occasions I've had to work with them have gone above and beyond at their job. 11/10.
