Because doesn’t always happen this way that something breaks after normal business hours???! So I called last night and was helped immediately by their dispatch and Domenic reached out right away. He got here really quickly.
He determined what needed to be done and as we suspected, the hot water heater needed to be replaced. He provided us with a few options and we selected the one best for us and our budget. He was very thorough, professional and personable.
We all agreed the replacement could wait until this morning.
Domenic reached out first thing this morning and came and replaced our hot water heater quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased.

This was our first experience with Rosenberg Plumbing and it was great. I’d highly recommend them (and definitely Domenic)!

Dam Le came out and did a comprehensive tuneup check. He found some issues and made recommendations to help our system work better not harder. We agreed with his recommendations. He was equipped to make the fixes during the same appointment. He was very efficient and professional. The prices for the fixes were less than a new A/C. Happy customer.

Our AC is doing so much better after Rudy came and solved problems that Goettl missed. I am glad my friend recommended Rosenberg.

Mr. Grant responded to our distress call about the AC. He was excellent. Water was dripping, from the AC unit in the attic, down through a wall and collecting on the hallway floor below. Mr. Grant arrived quickly after I placed a request for emergency service. He arrived and made a comprehensive assessment and found two areas contributing to the water leaking through the ceiling. He quickly repaired both after explaining what was occurring. I will be requesting Mr. Grant for future visits. I highly recommended him and Rosenberg Plumbing and Air.

I started using Rosenberg after reading Google reviews. I have used Rosenberg twice. Once for a plumbing issue and most recently for A/C clogged drain. When I called, a technician was scheduled to arrive the same day. Both times the technician explained the issue, gave a quote, and completed the repair.

Drew with Rosenberg Air serviced our unit and was thorough, kind and professional. He explained everything to me very simply and gave some great recommendations for our unit. 10 outta 10 service!!

Great service for plumbing issues, I had requested their service and were so professional, Domenic Jaramillo that is part of their team, make an exceptional job, he arrived on time, explain everything he was going to do.

The entire experience was positive. Joel, Mike, and Johnny were very professional and knowledgeable. They all took the time to explain the process thoroughly and answered my questions. They were honest, reliable, and respectful of my property. I really enjoyed working with Rosenberg and will definitely do business with them in the future.

I usually wait about 30 days before reviewing a product or service, and now is the time. I recently had a new HVAC system installed, and it’s working great—far exceeding my expectations.

The installers, Michael Sumner and Michael Lee, were knowledgeable, professional, and clearly skilled. They answered all of my questions respectfully and thoroughly. It was obvious they enjoy working for Rosenberg and take pride in what they do—it really shows. The two of them worked seamlessly together and made an excellent team.

My initial consultation went well, though I wish someone had done a thorough inspection on my system prior to installation day. There were a few questionable aspects from the previous install, but they figured everything out quickly and efficiently.

I was referred to Rosenberg by a friend, and I’ll definitely refer them to others.

**Newest Update!** I want to keep my original review on here because the amount of care that this company has shown me over the time from the last technician that came out to the new one they sent out to me again (days apart) is completely mind blowing! We were delighted to have had Lalo come out, he is incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and extremely thorough! He went through literally everything to get a proper diagnosis and offered solutions to help resolve our issue. He explained everything clearly, wore boot coverings when going upstairs (we just had our carpets cleaned- so this meant a lot to me) and was just a humble individual! The owner was extremely kind, and helpful as well! Although I had a bad experience with the first technician, I do not see that person as a reflection of this company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company because they truly did “Make it Right” Thank you!

1 star- Waste of $89. Literally did nothing. Been having AC leaks and upstairs not getting much air flow and tech didn’t even try to investigate. Said they don’t “work with” AC set ups like mine, although my AC unit is only 2 years old… He tried thinking of excuses to say, but ultimately just sounded uneducated in the field and literally went just to collect the fee of coming out. Complete waste of time, and waste of day with having a 5 hour window of when he would be showing up with the AC off the entire time in the heat… Nope.

I was very pleased with the service provided by the Rosenberg technician. He was professional and courteous. Everything was completed and left clean and neat. I have signed up for the bi-yearly system check-ups!

I give 5 stars for the technician Dam on our routine maintenance for our club membership on our heating and air conditioning units. He was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, arrived on time, and professional.

My first time contacting an air-conditioning service company as I am a new house owner - everything went great. I had a newborn in the house when the air-conditioning broke in South Texas. They had someone on call, very responsive, good communication, sent someone over within an hour and a half, the job was completed within the next hour, the service person was professional and knowledgeable, and got to work straight away. I’m impressed with their Organization, will be using them again

I can see why Rosenberg has so many 5-star reviews. Lalo and the team were fantastic. Excellent communication, very professional, and very personable. Lalo inspected our furnace and a/c units, diagnosed the issue, explained the situation thoroughly, and then presented multiple options to fix it. He also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in our house while we waited for repairs. I am having Rosenberg replace our furnace and will review that experience separately. So far, I am a very happy customer!

Lalo and the entire Rosenberg staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Lalo provided outstanding customer service which included a very thorough analysis of our AC issues, an explanation of the repairs needed for resolution and in the actual repairs. We were so impressed by Lalo and the Rosenberg team’s professionalism, expertise and customer service that we became Club Members for the annual preventative maintenance HVAC services. I've tried a number of plumbing companies from Boerne, and here in San Antonio. Didn't find one that did a good job. My last plumber caused me more heartburn than it was worth. My faucet still leaks, from a different place! I'll be giving Rosenberg Plumbing another call for an estimate.
