I called this company and of course, as always they immediately take care of the issue

Christian did a great job with a very complicated problem with our thermostat, he was reasonably quick and we came up with a reasonable solution for the weird wiring of this old house. It's been a pleasure.

Very professional and thoughtful. Whenever I have a problem or renovation, I always will call Stay Cool air-conditioning.

Lionel did a quick cleaning and dusting. Checked the efficiency and condition of all the HVAC system. Reported all his findings. I should not have any problems. Knock wood.🙂

Never had a bad experience.

My boyfriend went with this company and has had a new HVAC unit for a little over 2 years. Since then, it has been nothing but trouble. Even with the “Maintenence checkups” that we pay for, we had a Maintenence check the first week of January, and less then a month later, the unit stopped Recieving power and the company came out and said it was dirty, caused the electrical to burn and now not covered under warranty. They claim even though they were here a month ago for a Maintenence check, it got dirty that quickly. Over 1000$ fix. We are only a couple years in and I can’t imagine how much more this unit will cause in another few years. I have lived in homes for over 10 years with HVAC and did not have any of the issues this one does. Don’t choose this company. Find a company that cares about their customers, don’t charge 3000$ for cleanings, and have techs that actually know what to look for. We highly regret choosing this company.
