I was worried about our old unit when it wouldn’t keep us cool this summer. I knew we were on borrowed time but we bit the bullet when the unit froze up the third time after work. Got a referral from close friends for Texas techs. Alfredo came over late that night and did a great inspection. He was thorough, high tech, and took time to give us an honest assessment of our situation. He got us back up and running the same night at a very reasonable cost. His service exceeded my expectations across the board. Programmed Texas techs into my phone that night. Recommend to all my friends and family near San Antonio.

CPS offered a free high performance tune up with this company. Alfredo Martinez III was my tech and was super friendly, professional, and courteous. They put boot covers prior to entering the home. They showed me what they were working on and on how a unit can be dirty. I learned a lot. I highly recommend them for your regular scheduled needs and specials they have.

Alfredo was awesome! He took the time to answer my many questions about my AC and gave me honest suggestions about how to best approach my issues. He was also very respectful of my home. I’m very happy with the service I received and will be calling them in the future!

Great service and knowledgeable as well as reasonable price

Was referred to this company via the CPS energy program. Very impressed with their work. Used booties in the house, vacuumed up any debris that fell, very professional and informative. Probably the best AC Maintenance package we've had yet. Military discounts as well. Very good with appointment reminders, calls before driving over and texts for updates.

Excellent service by Texas Techs Heating and A/C, Alfredo Martinez! They did a CPS tuneup of our 2 A/C systems, went way beyond my expectations. Alfredo was very thorough and meticulous with his work. He tested and cleaned both the inside and outside units. Highly satisfied, would recommend calling him for a CPS tune, which by the way is free to CPS customers.

Amazing, professional, and just great humans.

While deployed, I texted Texas Tech at 9pm. My home had stopped cooling and my wife and daughters where in a tough spot with the heat. I kid you not Alfred cleared his schedule and made himslef available the next day to help my family when I couldn't. I can't thank texas Techs enough for their professionalism and responsiveness. Theynare the only HVAC company I would recommend to anyone.
