Fantastic service. We had a very difficult to find leak in our main waterline. It could have been anywhere within a half acre. Sam, Andrew and crew worked tirelessly to find said leak 3 feet in the ground, and the pricing was more than fair.

I will be calling them without hesitation for any future needs. Highly recommend!

I use Tri County for both my home and business. My systems are 20+ years old so things are always needing to be adjusted. They get it done and the price is always fair. I have tried a couple other companies because I needed something done that day, but in the end I still had to have TC come out!

I’ve used their services to replace an old irrigation system and for some repairs. They are outstanding. They really know their stuff, price is reasonable and they are very professional.

This company installed an irrigation system for my grass (rotary) and flower beds (drip). I called Tri-County Sprinklers back based on the great work they did on a past job at my house.

One of my sprinkler zones stopped working. The technician, Grant, quickly found the source of the zone failure and repaired it. Grant did a thorough testing and evaluation of my entire sprinkler system. He made several water saving adjustments, added risers to a few heads to bring them back up to ground level, and replaced a few defective heads.

Grant was extremely professional and knowledgeable! I appreciate his patient explanations for all my questions and the knowledge I gained from him regarding my control panel and suggested watering practices.
I will always call Tri-County Sprinklers for my irrigation needs.

Had to wait a couple weeks for an appointment, but that wasnt a surprise as it is starting to warm up. Manuel and his crew came out about 90 minutes early (called first to be sure it was ok) and got to work. They quickly tested my whole system, found and corrected issues (some previously unknown), and addressed all my questions and concerns. They didn't waste any time on site in an effort to pad their billable hours. Parts were not marked up beyond what I would pay at a big box store, so that was another plus. It's the worst when you pay a repair service 2x more for a part than you can get it yourself. Highly recommend and will call again next time I need sprinkler work done!

Adam and his team do great work. I had multiple companies give me quotes and the prices on them varied greatly. I was only looking to have a system in the front yard as the backyard is xeriscaped. Adam came out, we sat down, talked about the system and then he did something that most companies did not want to do. I wanted to use a Rachio smart controller so my grass is given excellent care while also saving money on future water cost. Adam happily had his team install the controller and set it up. Very happy with the job and those I have refereed Adam too have been given equally excellent customer service. Also, if you ever need to contact the office, Shelly equally as great and has assisted me on the back end and is very happy to do so. Great company!!

I'm a new home owner and had a frustrating week trying to fix my new sprinkler system. Got panicked when i discovered it was an electrical issue. Called Tricounty, and they sent Carlos out within a few days. On a hot Friday afternoon, he jumped straight to work with a helper. They rooted around, kept me involved and fixed my problem in about an hour. I felt like he was one of the most honest, straight forward, and polite contractors I've delt with in San Antonio!

They do good work. I needed someone to repair/reconstruct a portion of irrigation pipe in my backyard, as well as investigate a leak. I tried contacting two other irrigation repair companies before Tri-County and left messages with both; neither bothered to return my call. Tri-County answered my call on the first attempt and was able to schedule me right away.

The assigned technician, Manuel, was prompt, courteous, honest and efficient. In fact, he’d done such a good job with the repairs that I asked him to address a few other cosmetic issues with the irrigation system in the front yard. I am pleased with the results.

Billing was reasonable, accurate and a breeze to process (love Apple Pay!).

Going forward, Tri-County will be my first choice for landscape irrigation maintenance. I highly recommend.

Sprinkler install was done quickly & professionally with minimal damage to grass. The hardware used is high quality and the Rainbird controller is user-friendly. We're satisfied with the service Tri-County provided and would definitely recommend them to friends and family!
