Great company and friendly service. The team came out and fixed our problem today. It wasn't an easy fix and they gave us several options to choose from. They replaced our entire line from the meter to the house. Great job Wade and Justin!

My wife heard water running outside our house when she got home from picking up our son. I was able to shut off the main to stop the leak but couldn't see where is was coming from. I dug up the spot then next morning and found the leak. Since this was the main line into the house we were without water over night. So I called a plumber service but they told me they might not be able to make it out as they had a full day. I still put in my request. Needing this done today I called 1st Call Plumbing and first thing I asked was time frame. They told me they had a plumber near me that was just finishing up and could be right over. This was great. Justin showed up and I showed him the hole and told him where the leak was coming from. He gave me a quote, which was reasonable and I approved. Justin and his helper got to work and in about 30ish mins I had water again. They replaced the section where the leak was and put in a nice new lever valve instead of the PVC ball valve that was there.

Great work, friendly and fast. I'd use them again if I had another need for plumbing services. Thanks guys!!

Wade Cameron and his partner did an excellent job. They manage to start and complete the project even in bad weather conditions Excellent customer service. Strongly recommend them.

I mean, how better can I say that the service I got was top shelf. The timing was right, your plumbers came through in less than 30 minutes. Not only did I get the repair we needed done but also, invested in a new water heater to replace our out dated one. I would expect now our water bill to be back to normal rather supper high as it been. JJ and Jacob make a great team, The "J" team. I'll be using 1st Call in the future and recommend yall to others. Our new water heater is a beast. Outstanding work deserves good credit so much thanks.

I had a small leak that was contributed to my irrigation system that I never used. After about a 10 minute assessment, Jesse and Evan explained the problem and that they had shut off that system which brought my usage to Zero. Essentially fixing the problem with no other work needed because I never used that system DR Horton felt necessary to put alllll over my property. They very kindly stated they would be waiving the finders fee since it took hardly no time. I will be using them again for any of my plumbing or heating/ac issues in the future. This brings back real customer service and the power of one small business jester that could possibly bring thousands back to their business with referrals and repeat customers. Great guys and awesome businesses savvy. Great experience.

The plumber was on time and explained everything they discovered. Then presented options, explaining each in detail. The job was done quickly and effectively. A new toilet was installed with additional flange work in about 2 hours. Very courteous and polite. Great experience!!

We had a desperate situation; our shower drain was clogged. Justin and Jason came on time and immediately fixed the problem. They were both professional, efficient and answered our questions. They even provided tips on keeping our drains clean. I will use this plumbing company for future plumbing needs.

We called because SAWS notified us about a potential leak. They were quick to dispatch and spoke with us extensively about possible problems, & answered every question we had with patience and care. Luckily we didn’t have broken pipes today! Would definitely recommend them & will contact again in the future!

Nathan and Benjamin did a wonderful job, they were very friendly and honest. I used their company a few months ago but unfortunately had an issue this morning. However, they came out within 30 minutes of me calling and fixed the problem. For the cost, I felt it was good, especially if the hot water heaters last a couple more years. I would recommend their service.
