As first-time homebuyers, we were so excited to finally close on our home—but that excitement quickly turned into panic when we discovered hidden plumbing issues right after moving in. All three bathrooms had problems. Only one toilet was working, and there were leaks everywhere. We were terrified the house would flood and worried about skyrocketing water and gas bills. It felt like everything was falling apart at once.

We called Hydrostatic Plumbing and HVAC after business hours, and to our surprise, Alfredo and his team responded with so much urgency and care. They came out first thing the very next day and immediately put us at ease. From the moment they arrived, they worked tirelessly to get the situation under control. They fixed almost everything—multiple leaks and plumbing issues throughout the house—with the only exception being one toilet that needs a full replacement because of how the house was originally built (likely by DIYers).

Alfredo’s team was professional, kind, and understanding during what felt like a nightmare for us. They turned a stressful, overwhelming situation into one we could finally breathe through. They didn’t just do plumbing work; they gave us peace of mind.

I called Hydrostatic for a plumbing emergency on a Thursday night at 9:45pm. Within 25 minutes, Tech Alfredo V was at my door ready to help us. He was both professional and very understanding to what was going on and how to fix it. He offered us advice and solutions for our situation and even called SAWS for us and set up a work order with them for us. We were very pleased with the outcome. If ever we need our plumbing or AC worked on I will definitely be calling this company again. Thank you Alfredo! 👏👏
