I had a kitchen sink line blockage and called this company. Plumber(Richard) arrived within 30 minutes and cleaned out the blockage in about 5 minutes. Reasonably priced and professional. Highly recommend this company.

Performance Plumbing provided expert service and demonstrated impeccable integrity while getting my water issues repaired.
Situation: My house is a mess from an undetected water leak that has caused thousands of dollars of damage to my home. We had to go several days without water to allow for the mitigation of the water damaged and molded dry wall. The plumbing company that I have paid for yearly service for over 20 years pretty much abandoned me and said they could not send anyone to help me for several days because I no longer subscribed to their "premium service."
Performance Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend who just happened to check in on me to see how I was doing. Performance Plumbing had a plumber at my house within 24 hours of my call. They found the leak and made the repair so I could finally have at least water to flush the toilets and for personal hygiene. The next day, they squeezed me into their busy schedule to repair my hot water heaters. My hot water heaters proved to be a challenge and cost the plumber more time and resources to repair, but Performance Plumbing stuck to their estimate and did not charge me any additional fees for the extra time and trouble they experienced.
They definitely have helped to make a difficult situation better with the excellent service they have provided me and my family.

As a contractor, I've used their services several times and always found performance plumbing to be prompt, fast, reliable, and professional.
I would definitely keep using this company for all my plumbing needs, and so should you.

The man who came on Wednesday was very nice and on time, I was hoping they would have come today (as scheduled) and have this repair finished. Now have to wait until Monday d/t "plumbers calling in". Please do not cancel us again on Monday. We cannot keep missing work. I was waiting on call from supervisor today and nobody called me back.

I hired this company for a rehab project thinking they are legitimate. Then I found out that the person performing the work is not actually licensed and the person named Jason Munoz just pulled a permit but left unlicensed workers to perform the job and they took $6000 and left the job undone . And when I called to ask why they disappeared. He said he has no idea who's performing the work he just pulls permits for random people and started cussing me out.
When I told him this is illegal and he's being recorded he hung up . I will post the audio recording and will be sent to the city and the tx plumbers association for further investigation.

Please stay clear of these thieves. They don't fix the issue but say they did and do not honor their work. They came out to fix a drain, never cleared it yet reported to their office it was fixed. They tried to charge us again for fixing an issue they never resolved. They sent an 18 year old apprentice that did not have a clue and started tearing up drywall. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! Crooks!!!

Customer service is terrible. Employee told me, “I was giving her that energy” like a 16 year old girl. Very unprofessional, and told me they do not warranty drainage issues which was fine, but couldn’t assure me they had diagnosed the issue properly. They then said I WAS THE ONE who diagnosed the issue which didn’t make any sense, because I called them out for a diagnosis as I am not a plumber and wouldn’t even know where to begin. I was warned before calling this company, but wanted to see for myself and now I know.

See their response to get glimpse of how unprofessional they are. I had only owned the unit for 1 month, and that’s how they responded.

Stay away! Overcharged us from bid, did not resolve leak, billing incorrect, service incorrect on invoice and then tried to charge us the next day to come back and fix the leak and very unprofessional office staff on phone. We had to call a different plumbing company to resolve.
