I called Prime Time Plumbing for an emergency plumbing situation that would have cost me thousands of dollars had it not been repaired immediately. I was in a panic. I had a major leak that was flooding my front yard. the owner of Prime Time Plumbing showed up and went to work. mr luckett and his team were fast and professional and kept me informed every step of the way. mr luckett took the time to educate me as well. i really appreciate mr luckett and his team and will definitely use their services again if needed.

Residential pluming service, commercial plumbing, rough inn, top outs. A full service plumbing company with experience in commercial and residental contract work. This company can get the job done!

BE CAREFUL!! my son and I were driving on Bandera Rd today and a van being driven by and older man drove us off the road. He was swerving all over the road. I thought he was having a medical situation so I followed him for quite a while. Turns out he was absolutely drunk. Crashed into signs, drove the wrong way on Bandera Road as cars were coming, swerving everywhere. He stopped at one point and parked. 3 different cars all stopped and went to speak to him, he was BEYOND drunk... he reeked of alcohol. I would never trust anyone from this company if they allow them to drink and drive while on the clock and in their work vehicles. Cops were called but they never found him. He could have killed an innocent person. It was a terrifying afternoon watching this drunk driving all over the road and I couldn't do a damn thing to warn anyone!

BEWARE! ZERO STARS! I worked for "Lucky" for two weeks. When I got hired there was no running water or toilet. We had to go to a nearby store. He micromanaged me, berated me, and never paid me. I was never trained about how the business ran. He expected me to "catch on" to a job (Office Manager) after three days.

Paid $500 deposit for installing a residential meter. After months of only being told,"I need to talk with DSD," and zero work done, he got upset when I confronted him about it. In anger, he said he would pay me back my deposit, hanging up. He never reached out to me after. I am unable to reach him. His location is always closed. I would not use this guy. Good chance he will take your deposit and never do the work based on my experience with him.

This defunct company is a joke. I paid him a $1,500 deposit to purchase materials for a new construction home. He never did any work. Never delivered materials. He did bring some equipment to the job site and then left it there from October of 2023 until the end of July 2024 and never paid me back and never answered my calls/emails. Now he’s threatening to call the police to get his equipment back. Do NOT conduct business with these people. Career losers that move from one plumbing scheme to the next.

Please avoid this company. Ernest Luckett still owes me unpaid fees from 2019, to the point where Texas Workforce agreed that my claim was valid.

The company doesn't complete work in a timely manner, nor does the owner return phone calls or emails, or requests for arbitration regarding the funds that I am still owed, which is in excess of $1,000.00, before the fines that TWC has levied on the company.

I have records and copies of all the work that I did and wasn't paid for and I never signed any kind of confidentiality or non-compete clause which would prevent me from answering any questions about the company.
