First time ever using this company and we are definitely satisfied with their service. They are an honest company and we would highly recommend them to our friends, family and neighbors. The HVAC tech, Ignacio C., was polite, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in servicing our HVAC. To top it off this company has a very affordable maintenance plan.

Great job. Nick's a smart young man with a great handshake and a warm smile. He works quickly and efficiently. I expect he is one of your top employees.

Ignacio came out within an hour of me calling on Sunday afternoon. He has been to our house before and is always the perfect gentleman. Fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

I have used Tiger Services and utilized the annual plan for almost 3 years now. They help keep my HVAC running well and warn me of any issues that may need to be addressed in the future (thankfully only one so far that isn't pressing). I appreciate that they keep track of when and what needs to be done so that I don't have to.

I used to have an AC company that was amazing I felt as if I was part of their family in how they took care of my unit. When that company shut down due to the owner retiring I was devastated. My account was taken over by Armendia who let just be Frank was terrible. They wouldn’t honor my warranty (they said I didn’t have one anymore) and tried charging me crazy prices needles to say I left them quickly. I went with Tiger on a recommendation and have not regretted it since. Their office staff was so nice to talk to and very helpful. Each it their technician have been nothing more than prompt and professional. Today I had Edwin who was not only professional but very helpful in explaining why he recommended us to replace certain parts. He treated us the same way our previous company’s technicians did and that just solidified that I had made the right choice in switching to Tiger. While I understand we all want lower costs on some things I do not mind spending money for quality, honesty, and great service!

Igancio has been out technician for several years and have always found him to be professional and trustworthy. I ask for him by name each we have an issue or the maintenance check.

We have been with Tiger Services for over 20 years and two homes. Choosing their maintenance program has extended the life of our AC units. We highly recommend them to our family and friends.

I had a problem with my air conditioning. It came to a complete stop. I reached out to Tiger Services and they sent out a technician by the name of, Adrian J Perez Marin. He did a really good job and assessing the situation finding the best solution to fix the problem and keeping my budget in mind at the same time. I use Tiger Services for all my needs!

I had a great experience with Nikko/the AC repair technician. He was incredibly thorough in inspecting the system and took the time to explain everything clearly—what the issue was, what needed to be done, and why. I really appreciated how informative and professional he was throughout the entire process. It’s not often you find someone who is both knowledgeable and communicative. Highly recommend!

The service from Tiger were excellent; for me, it always has been. This was my annual maintenance and tune-up visit from Tiger Services. The tech answered all my questions thoroughly; he also explained what he was doing as he was doing it. I appreciate his patience (I usually have a lot of questions) and the time he took to make sure I was satisfied with his answers. I didn't feel pressured to buy other services or products, though I did get various extra things offered as part of the regular maintenance call. It was a pleasant experience, overall; I highly recommend Tiger Services.

Mr. Cantu is always very professional, and helpful in giving me advise on how to better care for our unit. I appreciate his honesty and his professionalism. Always has a smile! Been requesting him for years and always does a good job and cleans and puts up stuff after use, the attic ceiling door and outdoor hose. 🤗And very professional looking.,, like his uniform!😊😂

Great company, great service. Have been using Tiger Services for a few years now. They have always been honest and fair. They may not be the cheapest, and they are far from the most expensive, but you get excellent service ever time. Ignacio is outstanding, he has done our bi-annual service multiple times (good indicator when a company retains employees) and is always polite, courteous and on time.

Thanks to John and the rest of the Tiger Crew. We always get great service and never pressured to get repairs that we don't need. It's hot up in that attic, and no one ever has a bad attitude. Highly recommended. We will only use Tiger. Update: We used the Water Heater repair option today, and as usual, everything was perfect. Michael and the crew are professional and friendly. AAA +

We had a social event scheduled Saturday and the A/C went out. The Tiger On Call Tech arrived within 90 minutes and the A/C was back on within two hours of the call. Because it was under warranty and we had a Maintenance plan - No Charge! Outstanding!

Tiger Services has always been prompt, professional, and knowledgeable with yearly maintenance and any issues with our system we have had. I feel I can trust them with giving me a straight diagnosis and helping me maintain our older AC unit.

We like Tiger. We are long time Maintenance members. Tiger contacts us twice a year, sets up the appt w us, sends reminders. Very professional. And as it turns out worth the membership cost. Our technician this time was Cristal. Again very professional, but friendly. The visit takes a little long because they are so thorough with their visit reports. But worth it.

John unplugged our condenser drain line and gave me some maintenance sits that , as the owner, I can do to keep the line clear. He also made sure I covered the laundry sink drain so there was no splatter when he pushed the clogged out. John was prompt, respectful, conscientious and knowledgeable about our newly installed Lennox 3.5T system. It was a pleasure having him at our home.
