Very Good Plumbing truly lives up to their name. Robert, who came out on a Sunday when others turned me away, was exceptional—professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and walked me through everything in a clear, reassuring way. The repair was done efficiently, the pricing was fair, and the quality of the work was top‑notch. It’s rare to find a company with this level of honesty, skill, and customer care. They are now my go‑to plumbing company. Highly recommended!

Bob and his apprentice Nathan were both really professional and easy to talk to! Bob walked me through all of the steps he was going to take to clear my drain and he was up front with pricing (spoiler alert: his pricing is great) which I really appreciated. He also took extra time to walk me through getting a water softener installed when I asked him about it even though that wasn't what the original call was about. I'll definitely keep Bob in mind for any future plumbing needs!

We had a leak in the plumbing system. Bob did a great job finding the leak, which was a result of a blockage, and getting it cleared! He has the right tech to find and fix plumbing issues. He also did it in a quick manner! We will definitely keep him on speed dial for any issues next time.

Bob is terrific--just what we like in a craftsman-repairman. We discussed what might be the problem with low pressure in our shower, then he came out and fixed it--and because it was an easy fix (removing a small part), he did it and didn't charge us! Who else would do that for a house call? We will gladly use him (and pay him!) for all our plumbing needs from now on.
