My wife and I have been blessed to find this company . John’s customer service is excellent . He definitely cares about his customers . His kindness is so rare to find and we are lucky we had him on our side . His persistence finally got our insurance to pay for our roof replacement . Both my wife and I are beyond happy with the job well done on our roof .

Excellent!!! I cannot write enough great things about this company. From start to finish Matt from Apex made the process a worry free experience. Step by step we were informed of the process via drone pictures. The quality of the products are excellent. The workmanship and the professionalism of the installers was amazing. Communication with my insurance company and Pam from Apex, who was extremely knowledgeable, I knew I had nothing to worry about as I was informed of every step of the insurance claim process. Customer service, communication, workmanship, and pricing you cannot beat with any other company out there. Thank you for taking our stress and worries away that we had about our roof replacement.

We recently called Apex roofing for a free inspection after a few rounds of hailstorms that left us concerned about possible roof damage. Carlos from Apex came out the very next day and was incredibly personable and professional. He took the time to educate me on roof maintenance and what to look out for which was really appreciated.

After a thorough inspection, he shared detailed photos and aerial shots of our roof, walking me through his photos and findings. Fortunately, our roof held up well through the storms, and Carlos honestly told us that no repairs were needed at this time. It was refreshing to deal with a company that is straightforward and not trying to upsell unnecessary work.

We were very impressed with the service and honesty from Apex roofing. I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future if we have any concern concerns. Highly recommend!

Apex roofing did an incredible job with our roof, worked around our busy schedule, and we're extremely professional from start to finish. We hit a snag with our insurance company, and our contractor Carlos and Vanessa did an amazing job submitting all the photos, supplemental documentation, and emails with the insurance company. They made the process easy, and I would highly recommend them. *this is not a paid review, I'm just so happy they worked so hard for us with the insurance company, and had to share the word on what a great job they did. *

Carlos and the Apex team stayed with me through the whole process. Helped fight the insurance company for coverage on everything that was effected by the storm, not just the roof. Water damage in house from roof leak, blown down fence, broken glass. Great roofing guys. Very respectful and goes above and beyond just roofing. I would not recommend any one else to do your roof. John came out to give us a free inspection on our roof after the recent hail storms. John was courteous, thorough, well mannered, and most importantly Honest. To our relief, our roof is still in good condition which John pointed out and assured us. He still took the time to blow off some leaves that had collected on our roof! John Saenz and his crew were all very professional, went to all my neighborhoods to ensure they were aware that they were on site installing a roof and if any debris blew over to their area APEX will attend to their needs as soon as possible. John explained every step as well as drone photos during progress. Pre and Post inspections were performed together to ensure my satisfaction. My neighbor's were in need of a fix to their roof. They don't speak English so I helped them by translating for them. Vanesa answered all their questions, plus she made them feel more comfortable when she told them she could speak and understand Spanish. Is things like this that help businesses stay afloat.

Absolutely five stars! The roofers came out quickly and got the job done faster than I expected. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. They were respectful of my property, kept everything clean, and communicated clearly throughout. The quality of their work is excellent — the roof looks perfect. I’m really impressed with how efficient and reliable they were. Highly recommend this team if you want the job done right and without hassle. And I have to add that they did all with the really reasonable price.

Apex Roofing & General Contractors comes HIGHLY recommended! We are thoroughly satisfied with work completed these past couple weeks. As project manager, Carlos Yzaguirre, walked us through the process of roof replacement due to hail damage (inspections, insurance, cost estimates, labor). His team of professionals knocked out roof installation on our home and shed on one day and stained/painted our entire fence on another day. Our property is that much more appealing, and we are extremely happy with the outcome of the project!
