Absolutely the best pool company in the greater san antonio area! We had an inground pool installed and just love it! The blue haven staff was very knowledgable from the design all the way to the finishing touches! Thank you blue haven for this beautiful pool! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

If you decide you want a pool contact Joe Rodriguez, he is an amazing sales man who isn’t pushy but gets the job done like it should. Amazing customer service and helps with the departments that aren’t even his area, like service, and construction. Construction was on time and ahead of time, quality was what was expected and we absolutely love our pool! Customer service is great! We would absolutely use Blue Haven again.

My wife and I wanted a pool for years but didn’t feel comfortable with such a large purchase. Finally we made the leap and after talking with several pool companies Blue Haven got out business. Front the beginning we were very pleased with the service and customer focus they gave us. The final product exceeded our expectation and has given my family a backyard paradise. Peter Herrera and Charles Palmer from Blue Haven pools held my hand the whole way. No complaints at all. Fantastic experience and end product. The project manager, Jerry, was great to work with and helped us every step of the way. Thank you Blue Haven for everything!!!!

Mr Jon Williams came to my home to do my future pool layout. He was on time and very courteous. We went over the layout so I can have an exact idea where the pool will be in my backyard, he gave me very helpful insight and recommendations concerning my tree being close to the pool coping. Jon is a great communicator and very thorough. I had a great experience working with him.

We had a great experience with Blue have pools!! Our project Manager George and his team did an amazing job with our pool! They started back in March 6th and finish our beautiful pool on May 15th! Also our salesman Chris really understood our needs and basically he designed exactly what was in our head, also Stacy and Kelby helped us with the pool school and maintenance program…..

Blue Haven Pools was great to work with from beginning to end. My hat off to George and his crews for working non stop to get the pool and decking done 45 days ahead of schedule!! Most amazing work, craftsman ship was put into every detail.

This review is long overdue! We've been enjoying our pool for just over a couple of months and we love it! There are a few little adjustments needed but that's totally expected with a project this big. First of all, the entire Blue Haven staff was exceptional throughout the process. Big "Thank You" to Pete H. for delivering an amazing design that compliments our home and Texas hill country lifestyle. He was able to capture vision and was very patient with us through all the changes. Another big "Thank You" to Jerry H. for making the design a reality. We appreciate all his expertise, patience and recommendation throughout the construction process. He is truly the best thing since fire was invented! Lastly, we graduated from pool school with the awesome lessons and demonstrations from Charles. We definitely recommend Blue Haven for you dream pool!

Mike Wilson and Jerry Hewitt were absolutely great to work with. Mike listened to what we wanted in a pool and designed just that. Jerry and his crew built it and finished it 2 months early. Great communication for the design and build process.

What stood out most to me was how friendly the technicians were throughout the whole job. They explained things clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable with every decision. It’s nice to see people take pride in their work like that.

Jon Williams of Blue Haven pools did an excellent job of laying out the rendered design as we started the pool building process. Great patient professional and an excellent start to our project!

THIS IS MY SECOND BLUE HAVEN POOL.
Mike Anthony came out in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable and professional the whole time. His communication was excellent and has made this another seamless process with Blue Haven. They got us on the schedule quickly and got started in a few days. So far everything is moving along quickly and smoothly. We are excited to see the final result.

Also, Jorge was in charge of the construction. He was very attentive, helpful and friendly. His communication was great. The pool was completed in about 2 months and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

We shopped around and other places wanted $10,000-$15,000 more than blue haven. We are so happy with the results. Our sales person Pete made sure we didn't leave the office until our pool was designed exactly how we wanted it. Our project manager George was great, he answered all our questions even made some suggestions along the way. He answered all our phone calls in a timely manner. Blue Haven and their team have exceeded my family’s expectations. Chris started the process with us and was extremely patient from the beginning. He was always available, took the time to explain everything and through to the day of completion never stopped checking in. The field supervisor, Jerry knows what he’s doing, communicates well and got it done! They said we would be swimming by Valentine’s Day and they delivered! I highly recommend this company. Our pool is beautiful and our family looks forward to many years of memories made.

We are in love with our pool by Blue Haven Pools. From the very beginning, our salesman Ed Conde was phenomenal. He listened to what we wanted, responded so quickly to our texts or emails, and made signing the contract a breeze. He designed a beautiful pool which echoed what my family and I wanted. Even after the pool was finished, he remained in contact with us. Jerry was our field supervisor and was very patient with us. He responded to our calls and texts whenever we had questions or concerns. He would even come and speak to us the same day if we had any reservations about what was happening. He kept the work flowing and made sure each phase was scheduled ahead of time. Nic and Kelby were great during our “pool school.” Everything was explained thoroughly and Nic didn’t mind us asking if we could record him while he talked! It’s a lot of information, but he broke it down so it made sense to a first time pool owner. It took 11 weeks from dig to dive and that included a spa, grotto, waterfall, and slide. Again, we couldn’t be happier!

It took us a long time to decide who to use to build our pool. We met with Chris Powers. He was so kind. He was responsive and he listened to our needs and stayed within our budget. We did a little research before deciding to go with Chris and everyone we talk to said he was the best. I agree with them. Once the project started Jerry came out and met with us and I think I’ve talked to Jerry every day for the last three months and he never got irritated with all of my questions. He answered every one with an explanation, kindness and patience. He’s the best. The hardest part about building a pool is having the patience to know that the project will get done and they will do a good job. It is a very messy project and I was warned about this in the beginning and I’m glad they warned me because it would have drove me crazy. Our pool has been done for four days now and on Thursday we finally get to take a swim after pool school. We are more than excited I would recommend Jerry and Chris that team is amazing we love and we thank them because we never thought we would own a pool. Now it’s time for landscaping. I hope you go with Blue Haven . It was quick it was easy it was professional. I almost forgot it only took two months.

They did a really good job in building our new pool. The staff were completely helpful and got the pool done in record time. It looks like they had high quality materials and workmanship in building. I am really impressed>

We absolutely love our dream pool! It is stunning! The whole team - from designers and excavators through patio/wall builders and plasterers - worked diligently, all under the supervision of Jerry who happily answered the many questions we had along the way. He was really great to work with.

We've had our pool for six months now, and it's been absolutely trouble-free. The comprehensive orientation they provided on maintenance and operation means we've had zero surprises. Their post-installation support is as good as their construction quality!

Blue Haven Pools = Had a great experience with everyone from Sales right through Service. Great working with Jorge during construction. He was very helpful and kept us updated every step of the way. Great communication and also explained certain things before installation so I could adjust if needed. Pool school was easy and quick. Glad that I upgraded to the Omni Logic Wireless system too !!
