All reviews for Dream Tree Services

Eric managed to get me in the day after I called. Very friendly and does a great job. Not a single leave left behind. My neighbor was even impressed and asked for their contact info. Thanks Dream Outdoor Services!

Angel and Eric showed up 30 minutes early. They know exactly what to do which branches to trim they were very knowledgeable very professional and very personable. They shredded all the branches before they left and blew the area so it was all nice and clean just like when they started. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again nor recommend them to any of my friends. Great job guys give these guys a raise

I highly recommend using Dream Outdoor Services. This is the second time they trimmed my trees and once again I am extremely pleased with the fantastic work that was done. The service was amazing, the people were professional and the cost was very reasonable. This is one honest, awesome, professional company.

Really great company. Stellar customer service and amazing work on my trees.
Amongst legitimate, insured companies, Dream Outdoor was the best priced and the quality of service is not compromised at all!
I will always go back to Dream Outdoor for all my tree service needs.

This company was very quick to contact me and provide an affordable estimate! Eric did a great job trimming my trees. I was very pleased with the services provided and would recommend them to anyone.

This company is one of the best! With very little notice they came and trimmed our trees as well as our families' trees. They were on time, quick and proficient! Sometimes there are people that are just unhappy with everything so don't believe the bad reviews. If that lady knew anything she would know that her elderly neighbor's husband is dying right now and the last thing, any of them want to do is deal with another one of her complaints. We actually gave this neighbor the name of the company and actually called the company in front of her.
Many neighbors use this company and we WILL definitely be using them again!

We had Eric and an employee remove part of a hackberry tree, a dead tree and large and small branches have been removed from the surrounding area of our home. We were concerned the trees, may fall on the roof of our home and cause damage to the roof, as well as, the structure. The job was completed in a timely manner, arrival was punctual and clean up was performed. We would definitely hire his company, again. We are very satisfied with his work and professionalism. Thank you!

I highly recommended Dream Outdoor Svcs for any tree trimming & removal. Eric & Dream Outdoor was recommended to me by the owner of a trusted landscaping/lawn service. They exceeded expectations. Eric is a professional and a pleasure to work with. His crew is efficient and conscientious of their work & surroundings. They carefully removed a 50-60’ hackberry tree that was precariously hanging over my & my neighbors houses, fragile bushes & the privacy fence between without damaging anything below. They also nicely trimmed & shaped the canopy of 8 large (50’+) oaks. They showed up at the time promised and completed the job in one day hauling away all wood and leaving the job sites completely clean. - Thomas P. Summerfield

I highly recommend Dream Outdoor Services for any tree work you might need. They did an amazing job on our trees. In addition to their hard work, amazing skills, and attention to detail in our yard they were kind and explained the process and there were no hidden surprises. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and will use them again in future tree/yard needs. Thank you very much for the beautiful job yall did.

Dream Outdoor Services is team of knowledgeable professionals that will listen to your concerns and deliver a great service. My mom’s tree in her backyard was becoming an issue, it’s branches were covering the roof and going over the neighbors’ fences. We called Dream Outdoor Services and they promptly and safely took care of the branches. They are truly the best in town.

Eric has been manicuring my trees for a very long time, first they were completely lifted , shaped and pruned away from our home , and since then we use him to do the up keep on them, we trust our trees only with Dream.

Eric did an amazing job of cutting/pruning two trees in my front yard. It was nice to see that he took his time and even cleared out the leaves on my front porch. It's great to have someone come and do a job for you that they leave a lasting impression on the pride they have in doing a great job. I would definitely recommend without hesitation!

Eric and the crew were incredible. They came out on a Sunday morning assesed the damage, got a crane and his crew removed an at least 75' tree from my clients roofing project. It was not in an easy spot. They were very carerful to avoid further damage to the home. Dream Outdoor Services are the nicest, most professional people. I defintely have a new tree company and would recommend Eric and Dream Outdoor Services to anybody. Thank you so much for mitigating the problem.

I am a property manager and a real estate agent and I have used Dream Outdoor Services several times for both commercial and residential services. They have always been quick to submit a proposal upon request and have it scheduled promptly upon approval. The completed job has always amazed me. I highly recommend using Dream Outdoor Services when it comes to any tree trimming or tree removal services for either commercial or residential. I will continue to use this company due to the quality of work they perform and not to mention the competitive prices.

Happy Customer!! 👍🏼

Dream Outdoor were fantastic! Very responsive and receptive. Appointment was booked the same day that I approved the quote. Showed up early and had all of their own equipment allowing for just one appointment for stump removals and tree pruning. Did a fantastic job and cleaned up all the debris left from the pruning.

Thanks Dream Outdoors!

Dream Outdoor Services is a top company that provides the best in work and customer service. Eric Castillo is a perfectionist when it comes to the company's service. I have seen the work first hand and Eric is not done until the job is completed and the customer is happy. His work ethics are impeccable and the service he provides is outstanding!

Dream Outdoor Services provided the highest standard and quality of work I have ever experienced. Eric and his professional team approached this job with a very positive attitude. They didnt just come cut some branches and go, they took extra care to make sure the trees looked good without comprising the tree's health or my landscaping. Very knowledgeable, experienced and left me and my family very impressed and happy with the outcome. Most definitely will be using this local service for many years to come.

Eric and his team are truly the “Dream Team”! Their customer support is outstanding, to include a very fair price. The crew hit the ground running including Eric, the owner. They trimmed over 10 Oaks around my property to perfection, including branches over the pool - not too little and not too much! Neighbors actually walked over to comment on how beautiful the trees look!
And after a hard day’s work in the heat, they cleaned up and made my yard look better than before! They have it all: chipper, bucket, truck, and a team of HARD workers! Great to see customer service coming back in style!

It was a very professional and educational experience. I learned much just from his expertise he was so willing and enthusiastic to share. Eric is efficient with time, very kind and respectful. They were clear communicators and responded in timely manner. I cannot speak to whether it was good value in terms of price. I did not compare prices but my tree was worth it and so were his invaluable services and his prompt response. He did an assessment with pictures prior to coming and this was gratuitous and such a measure of good faith. I value that more than competitive pricing. He has a love for trees and passion for his work and that caring shows up in his service. I had foliage sprayed, root activator applied, and soil tested and other treatment to tree. He is honest in his assessment of tree condition and does not use negative tactics to motivate and create need for more services to jack up price. I appreciate that approach. I trust his prices are competitive but I was informed of cost and services to be rendered before appointment set.

I was recommended to Dream Outdoor Services by my neighbor. All I have to say is WOW! From the beginning of the process to the end I was very impressed. I have had many tree trimming services come out and perform a job but have not had any as impressive as Dream Outdoor Services. I had Oak and Crepe Myrtle trees trimmed and shaped and the attention to detail and end result was amazing. Eric was meticulous in ensuring that the branches that were removed and trimmed added beauty to each tree. Eric ensured that my two Oak trees were trimmed up to the same level and that my Crepe Myrtle branches were not touching the house. Prior to the trim my Oak trees were very misshapen, branches were low to the ground encroaching into my neighboring properties and my Crepe Myrtles trees were against the house and gutters. I will definitely be using Dream Outdoor Services again and will be recommending them to my family and friends.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND DREAM OUTDOOR SERVICES! Used twice for tree removal and tree trimming services at both our home & Mobile Home Park. Would definitely use again & again! Knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, courteous, friendly, and thorough. All debris & limbs removed from property – no mess left behind to deal with. They arrive with all the right equipment to get the job done completely! Quick turn on competitive estimates, and work was also quickly scheduled. Eric even came out during an evening, when there were tenant concerns about hanging limbs from a split tree. Tenants were very pleased with quick response and care/concern of their property. Eric has earned our trust & respect for his professionalism, judgement, recommendations, quick response time, and honest feedback, such that we are comfortable working with him long distance, when necessary. High praises for Dream Outdoor Services! Eric & his team are awesome! They think of others and contribute their time to local charities, as well! The kind of folks you are happy to work with, and who work with you!
