Clay and his crew did an excellent job and a very reasonable price- they were quick too!

Excellent experience through the whole process from the initial phone call, to the estimate from the arborist and to the work being completed. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had a nasty hackberry tree that decided to begin falling over our roof, gas meter and power line.
One tree trimmer had already given me the run around, asking me to meet him at 1pm, and not showing up, etc.
I called New Heights Tree Service and that same day received a quote by sending pictures of the tree over text, so clever and convenient.
The crew showed up about an hour later and worked 3 hours straight. They were polite, and focused on the job. The tree was also looming over the fence and the crew politely engaged my neighbors when they needed to retrieve branches, etc. from the other yard.
All the debris was removed. I am one happy customer.

New Heights was completely different. Jacob and his crew were timely, professional, and respectful of our property. I was impressed, then my wife told me they even cleaned out the pool after a few leaves ended up in there. Doubly impressed and extremely satisfied.
