I know the guy who owns this place, and I know much of what he does at home on the "back stage" to prepare for good service. He is always on the phone tackling customer/client issues and solving problems with diplomacy and enthusiasm (even on vacation), and so I have no doubt the service he (and PTR staff) provide are high quality. I would recommend anyone to PTR.

After our house flooded I was just heartbroken. I didn't know if or when things would ever be back to normal. Perilous Times got out to us right away and greatly minimized the damage. They got the ball rolling immediately, and thanks to them our house is restored again and we have our beautiful home back!

We came home from a wedding to find our house completely flooded from a busted pipe. We called at 9pm on a Sunday and they had someone out and working within an hour. The guys were courteous and respectful and worked fast.

I am so thankful to my insurance for getting me in contact with Prime Time. They were very helpful and efficient. They got the job done in a matter of days and even set me up for repairs as well.

The owner cares, burns the candle at both ends and the staff follows his lead. The sub contractors seem hand picked and do not dissapoint in their craftsmanship and willingness to satisfy the client in need. I Highly recommend this company that also is on the list of reliable Restoration Contractors for a very reputable insurance company.

Recently had work done at my home after a water line flooded multiple rooms. Ronnie and his team came in and did a wonderful job. Very satisfied and will recommend them to anyone!
