A real pleasure to deal with! Jim's grandson Tyler is great! After completing the Fridge repair he vacuumed under the unit to insure reliability, Jim is the man with the experience, and Tyler does the heavy lifting, however Tyler is bright and learning. Excellent Team !!!

Wounding who this guy Diez is?? Jim is the most conscientious repairman that I know of!!! Maybe Diez could provide a ticket # and date of his job done. Or maybe it's just Jim's competition!!! :)
