Called on a Monday night, someone answered and got me scheduled for the next day. JP was my tech and he walked me through all my options. I have an older system and just trying to make it through the summer. I've gone through multiple companies up to this point, all of them tried to up sell me but I wasn't having it. JP was reasonable and gave me exactly what I I wanted without the up sell. Once I need a new system I'm definitely calling AirOne 10/10

Our three Air One technicians serviced and identified any problems with our 9 units. The problems were diagnosed and estimates made to resolve the issues. All filters were replaced and outside units were cleaned as well. Great work, Air One.

Nicholas with AirOne was my technician, he did a thorough assessment of my ac unit and a filter change. He did a good job of explaining everything he was doing. I have been a happy AirOne customer for years. If you need your ac or heat fixed, don’t hesitate to call AirOne.

This is our third year using AirOne for our AC unit repair and annual maintenance needs. Jackson is very professional and finished the scheduled service quickly. He even charged less than originally quoted, adjusting the estimate because the service took less time than originally expected. It was a great experience and we will continue using AirOne for our maintenance and repair needs.

Denise took my intake call and was incredibly helpful. The tech Nicholas who came out was very kind and efficient! This was a dryer vent clean out service, and there was a LOT to remove. My mother in law’s dryer works again like a charm, thank you all so much for your help.

I had a fantastic experience with AIRONE for cleaning my ductwork. The service technician, Nick, did a lovely job and was very professional, taking the time to answer any of my questions. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. We’ll definitely use AIRONE again in the future!

I can't say enough about the EXCELLENT SERVICE this company has provided for us; from the lady on the phone to the technician who diagnosed our problem, to the team of guys who replaced my entire AC system and all the way up to the owner (who took the time to answer many of my questions)!! Each one was professional, knowledgeable, fast and kind!! Its hard to find kind people in the service industry these days! They replaced my entire system in one day, they were quiet, fast, and even set up tarps to protect my floors AND cleaned up before they left!! My friends recommended this company to us and I would recommend them to anyone!! Fast service, affordable prices and honest kind staff! And no, Im not friends with the owner so I have no reason to sing their praises other than I hope their company flourishes because they are EXCELLENT!

My A/C went out on Memorial Day. I thought I'd make some calls and maybe leave a voicemail to be first on the list when service resumed on Tuesday. AirOne not only answered the call, they sent a friendly service tech out the same day and got me cool again. Didn't cost an arm and a leg, either!

Lucas from AirOne quickly diagnosed the problem with the heating system which broke down during the winter storm. Appreciate how quickly it was fixed.

Jackson and others at AirOne were very professional in assisting us with troubleshooting our home's air-conditioning system. They clearly explained the issue and corrected the problem. AirOne is our new air-conditioning company! We highly recommend them.

Our renters called us and said the thermostat wasn't cooling and wouldn't go below 79 degrees. In Texas that needs to get fixed ASAP!

Met Sheila from AirOne in a small business group and called her immediately! She was very responsive and had someone scheduled quickly! They arrived when expected (between 8-10am), the installer called me to talk about what the issue was, gave me all the options and I thoroughly trusted him and didn't feel pressured to spend a bunch of money! The issue was fixed quickly and within the same appt.

I would and will happily use them again and can't recommend them enough!

Lucas texted and called when he was on his way. He was about 15 minutes early which was great. He was in the attic in 10 minutes and found the problem. He had it fixed in 30 minutes and I was just charged for a service call. Great Work and Fair price.

Came home on a Saturday from a week long trip to find the air conditioning not working, compressor wasn't turning. I called at around 3:30 pm and the technician was at our door at 6:30 pm. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, showed me the bad part, installed the replacement in 20 minutes, and our system is working. And this young man would be working all day on Sunday. Great, courteous, and timely service. I signed up for their twice annual service contract. Thank you AirOne!

We recently had an old system replaced with a new Carrier system. Lance did a thorough evaluation to size the new unit for our home prior to recommending the size of the new system. He is very knowledgeable and did a good job helping select the right system for our home. I appreciated the recommendation to add the surge protectors to help lengthen the life of the electronic components of the system. There was no pressure to buy additional options, just a good description of the option and the choice was totally mine. The installation team was on time, courteous and did a great job on the installation. There has been good follow up after the installation and Lance patiently answered all our questions. It's a pleasure to work with people who keep their promises and AirOne has done that. We have used AirOne for the past two years for maintenance and service work and the experience was very good (they helped stretch the life of the old unit)- always-competent, courteous, on time and reasonably priced.

Very professional from the very first phone call. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and accessed the unit. The fan motor was burnt out. He had it temporarily fixed until he returned with the new fan motor. We were only without heat for about 4 hours (temps are in the 20’s with wind chill in the lower teens). It’s nice and toasty inside. Thank you for your quick response and action. We love Air One!

We signed up for the Gold Membership Maintenance Plan and AirOne promptly sent out their technician name Jackson. Jackson’s service was fabulous. He was polite, very clean with his work, and really took the time to communicate as well as inform us of any needs that we might have to ensure that our AC system was running at optimal performance. I would highly recommend AirOne for any of your AC or heating needs!

This is OUTSTANDING. They were able to come out the same day. The customer service was a 10/10. The service technician sent to my home was knowledgeable, on time and most importantly a true professional. He explained everything and was completely understanding of my issue. This company should promote him to upper management! Wow! What a great person! My home is an ice box now thanks to him and the best news is it only cost me $125.00. I will not call anyone else! They are punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their prices are fair, pleasant to deal with, and efficient. I've used them four times this week for commercial property that I own and have been pleased with the outcome of each job.
