Tino from Quality HVAC was very professional and kind. He was punctual. Texted AND called to let me know he was 20mins away! He worked quickly and answered all my questions. Tino also emailed me quotes for a new AC unit within 30mins of him leaving my house. This company and its employees went above and beyond to help me. I definitely will be using their services for future maintenence.

Highly recommend! Kind, prompt, and professional! Even wore little booties over their shoes even though my floor is already a disaster. Haha! Explained everything to me in a way I can understand and were so helpful. I am more than satisfied with their service! Will definitely use again!

Quality HVAC has been taking care of our needs since 1984 when AJ’s dad installed it in our house! Because of their service and maintenance the first unit lasted until 2020. 36 years! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

The technician was very , very knowledgeable. He explained the problem with a/c unit. Also recommended the cleaning of my evaporator coil, condenser coil and filter. for better results.checked the freon level , Monitored the air discharge temperature constantly.Truely a very expereniced HVAC technician. We started using Quality HVA because I couldn't find anyone else to service the evaporative coolers in my hobby greenhouse. We were so impressed that we added the mini-split in my husband's workshop and finally, after a couple of years, we transferred all our business to them. Tino has been providing all our service for several years now - he is capable, thorough, reliable and personable. Over several years he has provided us with maintenance, repair and installation of a new HVAC system. He went above and beyond on his last visit, troubleshooting and fixing the misting system in the greenhouse even though that had nothing to do with the evaporative coolers. We wouldn't use anyone else now.

Quality HVAC has always been very responsive and reliable. They do great work and are very trustworthy. Valerie and Ismael are very helpful and friendly. Quality HVAC are highly recommended and I will not use any other company for my my repairs in San Marcos Texas!

This company always does an excellent job maintaining my HVAC unit. They take the time to explain what they are doing and what’s been done at the visit.

Quality HVAC is awesome! They nursed our old HVAC along for several years and then we finally had them install a whole new system, ducts and vents. Very professional and quality work. Always polite and on time. I completely trust them to only do needed work and not try to upsell me. They come twice a year for maintenance and cleaning. We’ve been using them over 20 years now. Highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend this company, they respond right away , very professional. I’ve had no problems with this company. Had Angel and Jeremy working on my unit today They were very , professional and very respectful. and friendly. Explained everything that was done to my AC unit. They got here started working. But never tried to rush to head to the next job site. Both guys took there time making sure my unit was running well. Angel and Jeremy both wore shoe covers making sure they left no dirt trails behind . Awesome job !! Thank you guys!!
