Quick and thorough response to what seemed like a huge problem! Even came back the following day to answer more questions for us. Definitely would use this company again.

Want a job well done? Want it done quickly? Want a good rate? Well.. this is the company for you. Sorry but all other companies can't compare. Seriously, you can't beat this business !! They are incomparable!

Great experience! After a home inspection, I found that my PSI was too high. Luckily, they came out to do the work, but first diagnosed the issue and found that the inspector's gauge was actually broken, which saved me hundreds!

    Thanks a ton!!

One of the drivers ran me off the road and gave me the middle finger, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Would give less stars if I could. we've been strung along for two days and can't even get a call back.

I have been dealing with this contractor for over a month now through a home warranty claim. They have not submitted the claim and have not fixed anything. They rarely answer the phone and don't have a voice mail or email address.

I would not recommend this company. We had a bad experience with expensive rates. They did make good for damage made and we appreciate that. And respect to them for coming personally to ask for my previous review to be changed, it was written prior to them fixing the mistake.

I was nearly run off the road yesterday by one of their drivers, so if this is how they act on the road, then I cannot imagine their work ethic is any better.

The incident occurred during rush hour in Irving, TX at about 5:20 PM, 12.18.18. The particular location was in an area where road construction was cutting two lanes down into one. Rather than zipper in the traffic as is expected in normal traffic, the gentleman driving the Good Ol’ Boyz plumbing work truck made it a point to speed up, thus cutting me off from a window I had, and force me to slam on my breaks lest I drive into the road work area which was about 3 feet lower than the road. He then made it a point to stop and glare at me as if I was the one somehow at fault. As fate would have it, we shared the same drive for several miles which allowed me to make a few observations. He sped, typically 10-15 miles over the posted limit (usually getting stuck behind someone doing the limit so I was able to catch up); I often noticed him looking down presumably at a cell phone while driving; and he made regular erratic lane changes without signaling. I’m unsure as to the nature of his rush, but it was unsafe driving at its best.

If the owner happens to read this and would like to reach out to me, I did jot down the license plate and description of the person driving.

Called yesterday after our faucet went kapoot. Had an appt for 0900 am. No show, called at noon and the dispatcher was going to check with the tech. No call back, and they're not answering the phone now. Delayed driving out of town for this repair, and now lost the entire day. So unprofessional.

Charged me almost $500 for a plumbing inspection on a house we were looking to buy. Said they would crawl under the pier and beam house to check plumbing and run a snake to check for leaks. Instead they spent a whole 10 minutes around the house then left. They said there were no leaks but gave a list of other mostly minor issues to correct. They did not crawl under the house, only poked their heads in the scuttle hole, and said they could not run a snake because there was no clean out.

A week into living in the house we discovered the pipes under the bathroom were corroded and leaking and found a clean out 15 ft from the water meter sticking out of the ground at least 6 in. (Not hiding). Now we have to spend about $3500 to replace the plumbing under the bathroom.

If they had done what they said they were going to do, this could have easily been found and would have affected our decision to buy the house. I do blame myself for not making them spend a little more time at the house that day but there were 2 other inspectors there and things had been hectic for the whole negotiation and buying process for our first house.

To each your own because you live and you learn but I've learned to never use this company for anything.

So disappointed with the lack of knowledge and professionalism with this company. Could not locate our clean out valve and proposed a $3,600 fix for the issue we had.
We wanted a second opinion, so they charged us over $600 for the diagnostic work with cable and camera. Neither located a blockage. They did a good job installing a new toilet and charged reasonable fee for doing so.
We had a company come for a second opinion and within two hours of work, found a blockage, located the clean out and our final bill was less than half what we were charged for diagnostics and one-tenth of the proposed fix by Good Ole Boyz.
I’m so sad that this happened and hope people will always get a second opinion.

Unfortunately, this company was assigned to us by our property manager and landlord. I was highly dissatisfied with the service that we received and the fact that our whole process took 2 weeks to accomplish. I never received a call once from them. I had to constantly call them and ask for updates. When they said they could finally assess our water heater they said next day. They never showed and never called, never responded to emails. Then the day after that they came by and said they'll call back. I never heard from them. I called again after they ordered the water heater and they said it arrived a few days ago and had been sitting in their warehouse. This is after calling multiple times without a response due to their voice mail box being full. On the day of our appointment I was told I was the first on the list and they'd arrive between 8-10 am and it would take about 3 hours of labor time total. I didn't receive any updates and they finally showed up around noon, worked for about an hour then left to go and get the water heater. They didn't show back up until 4:30pm and didn't leave until 5:30/6pm. They also did not clean up after themselves.

Wouldn’t recommend this company. The original owner of this company was a great guy and highly knowledgeable. The guy who purchased this company was a con artist and went to prison for taking older people for all their money i believing stealing almost 1million or more dollars from about 14 or more customers. He’s locked up for 10 years now. The company over all lacks the ability to be competent. They hire non licensed people to operate for them. Don’t waste your time because your running into a ticking time bomb. This is a review based on my overall experience and knowledge of the company. As said the original owner is an amazing plumber. Call any other company or attempt to ruin your home
