Cody has done plumbing in my home for years. Little job, big job. Job well done. He is accurate at what he does and clean-up is great. When he has given me advice I take it because it winds up saving me money. I reccommend him highly.

Our water heater was having a raw egg smell. Bay Area AC Heating & Plumbing came out and replaced a part and it HOT good smelling water again!! THANK YOU

When I first made the call to Bay Area AC and Heating they answered right away. Thanks to Cody who sent a technician out within a couple of hrs. He said that the technician would call 30 Mins before arrival....which they did. When Jeremy arrived he was the most professional and kind person. He found out the problem right away. He charged our A/C In no time at all! He was very polite and made sure all was working before he left. Thank you very much Jeremy and Cody. I highly recommend Bay Area A/C and Heating.

Cody is as professional as they come full of integrity and character. He cares more about you and fixing your problem than billing you for $$$.

I called him asking for help to replace a blower motor. Rather than take advantage of the situation he patiently walked me through the complicated wiring process over the phone. He even looked at pictures I sent to his phone and promptly called back and gave all this help knowing he wouldn't receive compensation. I will ONLY be using him from now on - this company has a lot of character and integrity.

It's been 4 years since Cody and his employees replaced our 3.5 ton A/C unit and heater. Clean work, fast, truthful, and not looking to take advantage of folks. Cody truely is the perfect example of great work ethic, and a damn good human too.

Cody came right out when we called, he let us know right away that our older home had several issues where it was not up to code. These issues were giving us the problems for which we placed the service call. He then quickly got the work done. He is professional, neat, and he even went above and beyond the call of duty without us asking him. I own a service related business, and I'm here to tell you that I just found my new plumber and HVAC vendor for work and home. Thanks again, Cody!

This is actually my first review I've ever written but Cody was so helpful that I felt like I was talking to a technician not a sales person which is what you get from a lot of these other places. He answered all my questions and didn't seem annoyed by them! Cody found my problem was a leaking coil but it wasn't bad enough to spend the money on a replacement but offered me the option. We determined just recharging was the way to go and ride this coil another 2-3 years. Do yourself a favor and call this man. Thanks Cody, I'll be calling you back when the time comes.

I live in Florida and have a house in Santa Fe that is currently being rented. I got one of the dreaded phone calls that anyone who is renting out a home hates to get, something is broken or not working etc. This time, the water heater was not working one Thursday morning, so I scramble and try to find someone I could trust to take a look at it since I am halfway across the country. I did what nearly everyone does these days and hopped on this here google machine and started reading reviews. Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing popped up and was local (which I feel is important) and had nothing but stellar reviews. I called around and asked if anyone had any experience with them and was told that a friend of theirs did and was positive....super vague, but good enough for me.

After calling the company, a technician was scheduled for the same day to take a look at it and reassured me that they would troubleshoot it first instead of jumping straight into wanting to replace it. Unfortunately, the water heater partied too hard and wasn't going to make it and had to be replaced after 16 years of service. Kyle provided me with a quote and detailed explanation of the scope of the work and asked if I wanted to have a new one installed. The price quote was thankfully below the average cost and he said it could be done that afternoon.

From start to finish, everything was completed on the same day that I called and he had a new water heater installed for the family of 5 that I did not want to have to take cold showers for the weekend. The tenant called and thanked me and said he watched all of the work being done and the technicians were great sports with their 2 year old who wanted to help the whole time and bring them tools.

If you are reading this because you are sifting through all of the companies out there trying to find one that you can trust, give these guys a shot. I sure as hell don't like forking out my hard earned money for unexpected emergencies like this, but it's a much easier pill to swallow when you walk away feeling confident that you weren't taken advantage of. I have a detailed invoice that isn't just a bunch of chicken scratch on a balled up napkin and know that this company cares about the quality of their work as well. They will have my business again when the time comes, I just hope the time comes much later on.

Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing understands Customer Service. Cody listens to what you are looking to achieve. We replaced 2 HVAC systems in our home. During his initial visit to look at what we had, he took time to listen and ask questions for what we were looking to change. He suggested a new and not as popular solution. The solution is not popular because it doesn't work, but is not popular because it take someone that embraces change to put in the extra effort to understand how it can make a difference. His pricing is very competitive but more important his understanding of his industry is top shelf. During the install he and his crew were nothing less than blue chip standard for professionalism and attention to detail. They performed like a NASCAR team. Drove up, unpacked, got to work and at the end of the day packed back up and were done. They left the site like they arrived or maybe in better order. Cody has followed up within a few days to make sure everything is working as expected. I have to say it has exceeded my expectations and delivered exactly what he promised. I know this might be a bit lengthy but if you are looking to make a change, I thought you might want to know where to go to get it done right.

Best AC Company Ever! I highly recommend Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing. They took into consideration my situation as recently being laid off from my job and they gave me a reasonably priced quote. They are trustworthy, honest and produce quality work that is guaranteed. Anyone who hires these guys will be supporting a locally owned business and will receive best in class service.

Dealt with many AC repair companies with my Home Warranty and now that I am off I have found a keeper that I will call for all my AC repairs.

Kyle came out and helped me last minute and worked around my schedule and came late in the day of so that we could have AC. Instead of waiting for other companies that told me it would be days before someone could make it.

He worked fast, found the problem, and was able to fix it the day of. Will recommend them to everyone!

We were looking for an a/c company to replace our HVAC system, which was very old and in need of updating. I asked neighbors, and made some calls and was not impressed by the companies I found that way, then I took to the internet to do some research. I was discouraged because I found so many companies with either bad reviews, or no reviews at all, then I ran across Bay Area A/C, Heating and Plumbing. I was amazed to not only find a lot of reviews for them but, every review was 5 stars, so I called and found out why. Cody and one of his A/C guys came out and spent an hour looking in the attic and around the house trying to find the best solution for a new HVAC system for us, which wasn't easy because the house is old and small, so size of equipment was a challenge. He asked me about what I wanted and and went to his truck and put together some quotes for me, right then and there. I picked the option I wanted and we scheduled the for the next week to do the installation. They did a fantastic job, the system is beautiful and worth every penny!

Cody is very knowledgeable, nice, and genuine, he went out of his way to make sure everything was just right and that we were happy. He even hooked us up with a good electrician to help us with having some electrical work done. It was a real pleasure doing business with them and we will definitely call on them again, should we have a need.

The water coming from my kitchen faucet was coming out boiling hot, so I called Cody and explained what was going on. He walked me through how to turn off the gas to the hot water heater and had a new one installed for me the following day. His two employees showed up on time and were very professional. They even put down drop cloths to avoid damaging the carpet when removing the old hot water heater. I would highly recommend Bay Area AC Heating & Plumbing.

when we bought our house we knew we'd have to replace the ac soon and thanks to the storm last Friday that day came sooner than we were prepared for. Cody came out for a second time on short notice, recommended our best option and in LESS than 24 hours we have a cool house again! Cody just goes above and beyond each time! I really can't thank you enough for your hardwork and definetly will use this company again. Highly recommend him to anyone in need of these services!

on a side note we had John Moore do our water heater before find finding Bay Area ac and after having Cody do our ac I'm really kicking myself for not doing a Google search sooner. His professionalism, courtesy and price far exceed other companies. And Cody did EVERYTHING he promised... I can't say that about his competitor. Not to mention how quick he gets things done. John Moore had us waiting a week taking cold showers while Cody had our house cool again in less than a day! During the busy season on top of that! Super impressed! I wish I could give more than five stars.

The heater is kinda old in our house and we're definitely calling him when the time comes to replace it and for any other needs we may have.

Called Cody in the morning around 9. Had someone at my house to evaluate what all needed to be done within a couple of hours. They called to let me know when they were on the way. Showed up on time. Gave a quote and had my new hot water heater installed same day. Definitely will use if I have any other issues in the future.

Excellent service by Cody and his crew. Not only did they replace my entire HVAC, ductwork and water heater but they went above and beyond the work of what other companies were going to provide, did so at an excellent price and also were personable and easy to work with. Cody was very knowledgeable, explained the options and setup so anyone could understand and he personally walked me through everything that was installed post-installation.

Cody is probably the one of the most professional service provider I have ever met. He is very punctual, shows up on time and completes the work on time. He is very honest and his work is simply A+++

I had my unit checked by two other providers first, and got two estimates which were rather unreasonable. After Cody checked the unit, we found out that those two estimates were not only ridiculous but also required parts to be replaced even though there was nothing wrong with them. So do I think that Cody is a honest person? Yes, absolutely!!!

Honest, knowledgeable, reasonable, and a friendly service provider who is on time -- That is what this gentleman is all about. And yes, I would use him again and again, and would recommend him to others... again and again.

He called me 30 minutes-1 hour before arriving to inform me when he would be here (which was at our original scheduled time). Being on-time is important to me so I really appreciated his punctuality.

Him and the other man with him were very respectful and always wore show covers when in the house. Because I have two dogs who ensure the house is a constant mess, I didn't care whether they wore them or not but they always wore them.

Scheduling the appointment and getting in contact with Cody was very easy. He was quick to respond to emails I sent and was easily contacted via the phone.

We just bought a Townhome in clear lake. Been in the house for 7 days and our original water heater sprung a leak. Our home warranty company gave us the run around. Called Bay Area AC Heating and Cody and Jeremy came out to our house the same day I called. They were kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. They told us the truth and didn't try to up sell us like the insurance company was doing. We felt so comfortable and well taken care of by both Cody and Jeremy.
