We have had wonderful service. I am very pleased we chose GVEC to replace our A/C system.

Brandin was very professional, friendly and very thorough in his efforts to resolve our issues.

Called around and the only place that could come see me same day when my AC when out. Nathan was super helpful and nice. Got everything up and running again within an hour or so. Straight forward and didn’t try and sell me on anything crazy. Will use GVEC again anytime I have a need for AC

Our appointment was originally scheduled for later in the afternoon, but Nathan reached out to let us know there was an earlier opening and asked if we’d like him to come by sooner — which we really appreciated! He did a fantastic job fixing our unit, worked quickly and efficiently, and was incredibly friendly throughout the entire service. We couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Jose was quite amiable and knowledgeable about installing my new programmable thermostat. Took the time to even program it to my liking and showed me how to adjust it. Works great!

Replaced the part fast, checked things throughly my AC finally working after a whole rough week and for anyone who doesn’t know GVEC will lend you AC window units, I wasn’t informed of that until Nathan told me about it we had to purchase ours in order to live in the house

Justin went above and beyond to determine what caused an issue with air flow in one bedroom. I really appreciate the length he went to so that we have answers and a solution planned

Jose Garcia was the tech dispatched to my home for the a/C repair. He came out around 10 pm on a Saturday to repair our system that had stopped cooling. He had it back up and cooling within 20 minutes, so we were able to sleep that night! Couldn't ask for better service.

Nathan arrived in the appointment time scheduled for my Spring Maintenance. He was polite and thorough explaining my AC system was ready for summer. Thank you!

Nathan called right before he arrived to make sure we were available. We were. Our concern was that the fan motor appeared to be rubbing and making a loud noise when the unit started. He is ordering the parts. He discovered that our float was not operating correctly and quickly cleared the line. He has some recommendations on how to keep the line clear. We will review our options and get backnto them. Nathan was very helpful and courteous.

The ac was up and running at full capacity within an hour or so. Such a pleasure having the house comfortable again! My dog’s say thank you ( no tongues out)

They have saved us many times over the last few years. Jose Garcia has been the tech almost every time on the emergency calls at least 3 times. He got the house from 90 back down to 75 with his ability to quickly diagnose and repair this time. I can’t recommend him enough. A true asset to the company.

Mr Pittman was very thorough in repairing one of our AC units. Parts came in the next day and he was able to repair the system. Very satisfied with Mr Pittman’s expertise.

Update!! GVEC contacted me to let me know that they wanted to see exactly what they could resolve my issue. I've been a loyal customer for over 8 years now ever since I retired from USAF and they did not want to lose us as customers. They worked with me and got us the replacement bulbs installed and we can already tell the differnece. Thank you Ryan and Justin gets us up and running again.

Stephen Loewen came out for regular HVAC maintenance. He had serviced our AC before and he always has a smile and is full of energy. He is always professional and kind. Stephen made sure to explain everything he did and answered all my questions. Thank you Stephen for the top notch service and professionalism!

Huge thanks to GVEC and Nathan Stafford! Our downstairs AC quit on us in the middle of a 100° Texas day 🥵. Nathan showed up fast, diagnosed the problem, and was Texas polite the whole way through. While we wait on a new fan, GVEC is installing a window unit today—free of charge—to keep us cool. Now that’s how you do customer service in Texas!
