I've had Local Plumbing come out for multiple services and they are always on top of customer service and satisfaction.

My water heater started leaking at an alarming rate, and Hunter Lee came to the rescue sooner than expected. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions in a clear, polite way. He installed a new unit in impressive time and removed the old unit without leaking more water or sediment in my garage. I will absolutely continue to call these guys for all of my plumbing needs.

Eduardo and Chris did a fantastic job! Showed up on time, did the job and tidied up afterwards! Definitely recommend this plumbing company!

Replace a bathroom shut off valve that failed. Came to the house after 10pm Saturday night to shut off the water.

Returned at 8am and replaced it.

Our sewer line broke under the slab foundation at the front of our house. After getting quotes from a couple of companies, Local Plumbing LLC not only offered the best price but also completed the job quickly and left our front yard clean and tidy. I’ll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Local Plumbing LLC (Justin) replaced our hot water heater and installed a water softener solution. They also replaced our water pressure reducer. The work was exceptionally well done and I would recommend Local Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Truly a pleasure doing business with Justin and his team. We had them replace a large portion of our sewer line, both below the house and in the yard. It was a big/expensive job, but their price was reasonable/competitive. Communication is absolutely top notch. We were updated throughout the whole project and found them to always be timely and trustworthy. I highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs: big or small.

I needed an expansion tank replacement and upon arrival and inspection a rebuild of the top of the water heater. They got to work and were out within less than 30 minutes. (pictures of items needing work)

I contacted Justin (the owner) one evening about needing to replace my water heater. He gave me a very competitive quote within thirty minutes and it was installed by Noon the next day.

Just had the team from Local Plumbing out to replace a valve that was leaking. They showed up early, and completed the work quickly after fitting me into the schedule same day. They will be my first call next time something comes up.

Called Local Plumbing and they came out the next day, actually a day early. They got right to work and communicated throughout the process. Fixed my water leak and installed a new shut off as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family, friends, or anyone.

I discovered a leak coming off the main to our house and called them and they were able to send Hunter and Chris the next day. They arrived promptly, were upfront with recommendations and pricing, and were detailed in showing what the problem was and how they fixed it. This is the second time I've used this company and both times we were very impressed and pleased with the folks they've sent out. Justin and his crew came to our rescue. Our sewage clean out was set in the driveway and was sinking fast!

The team started Tuesday with digging it all out to move the clean-out to the yard.

I called them to replace a kitchen faucet with one that I supplied. They were here within an hour and spent about 45 minutes completing the task. Works great, no leaks, no mess. I have dealt with Jason in the past and always satisfied. Two of his guys came today and was just as happy with them. Thanks.

Justin Lee is our go to plumber and we highly recommend him. He managed to squeeze us in between his other appointments to repair our water heater we found was about to burst. In addition to his Master Plumber's license, he was very professional and the parts he used were much better in than the ones the big box store that installed the water heater.

Local Plumbing. They answered the phone and they showed up on time. Jason and Edwardo Installed the water heater and replaced the pressure valve (cause of the failure) in under 2 hours and at a very very competitive price.

We’ve used Local Plumbing several times and they’ve always been able to come out the same day with reasonable prices. Our most recent fiasco was a leak in our main line. We were thinking it was an irrigation issue and waiting to hear back from anyone on a Sunday. The next day when we realized it was not a sprinkler issue and it was the main line, they were able to come out in two hours, upgrade the PVC to pex and brass (this area had already been repaired twice). Always grateful for their quick services!

I had my water heater give out and I called Justin at 8:30 a.m., he was at my house by 11 a.m. and was done installing my brand new water heater and a new water softener by 2:30. He worked quickly, neatly, and it was quality through and through. He had everything with him, no waiting around for parts to arrive, just down to business. He really saved the day as anyone that has their hot water go out can relate to. His box truck is truly a mobile worksop, I'm confident there's no plumbing task he can't handle and on top of everything his prices were HALF of these bigger places. I cannot recommend Local Plumbing LLC and Justin enough to anyone in the Schertz/Cibolo/New Braunfels area. Thanks Justin!
