I called J&S yesterday and spoke with Lauren. My husband and I just bought our very first house from Grand Homes and had an issue with our plumbing that shouldn’t have happened. When I called in, Lauren was absolutely AMAZING!! She knew her information just like she was the one going out to these homes to fix issues!! Because of her, I would recommend J&S to everybody I know!!! Thank you so much Lauren!! You are awesome!!

Excellent services, completed the task to perfection; the small pipe connecting to disposal was broken and Elmer replaced it. All parts are working properly. As well as tightening the faucet . I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Their service was great. Elmer, in particular, was very professional and detail-oriented. A small screw was stuck in my garbage disposal, and he worked hard, making repeated adjustments, until he finally got it. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking slightly where it connected to the counter, so he checked and sealed all the potential problem spots.

This establishment is the best in the business!! Elmer was very professional, on time and exhibited great skills of the trade. He replaced (2) toilet tank levers and cleaned up.(3) faucet dispensers at a reasonable price and in no time. I will definitely recommend J & S Plumbing to my friends and family!!

Had an issue with the sink water smelling like rotten eggs on a new construction home 3 months old. The plumber, Elmer instantly suspected what the issue was. It turned out that one of the water heaters that runs the backside of the house contained stale water. The wife and I do not really use those bathroom sinks or tubs. Not only did Elmer drain the water heater, but redid the connections so water will come from both water heaters no matter what faucet is used so that this issue would not recur. Elmer did a fantastic job, was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend.

Elmer came out as part of our warranty service and was extremely helpful. He took the time to carefully review everything with me, clearly explained what was going on, and made sure I understood the process. He was professional, patient, and respectful throughout the visit. I really appreciated his thoroughness and willingness to answer questions. Great experience!

I would recommend J&S Plumbing Services to anyone in the area. While they were a little difficult to reach at first and there was one minor scheduling issue, the service itself was outstanding. My technician, Elmer, was professional, kind, and communicated clearly. He did a fantastic job with the repair. I would absolutely use this company again in the future

J&S did all the plumbing in my home. A dial was messed up on our shower knob so the hot and cold was not accurate. I called to schedule a time for them to come and fix it at my builders recommendation. They said they couldn’t without billing me since it was over a year and no longer covered. Forget that it was barely over a year, in a pandemic where we haven’t been eager to let people into our home considering the circumstances. The dial is a couple of minute fix for a professional, it was their mistake to start with but skirted their responsibility in a year where maybe you shouldn’t be such a stickler about exact year “warranties” and give people a little grace. A real jerk move.

Very bad customer service after the initial service. They will lie and do whatever they can to get away with it.

J and s Install plumbing in new home less then a year having multiple issues and can’t get ahold of the company

Long story short. Called because the disposal unit J&S installed in my new John Houston Home is tripping breakers. It's just over a year old. Called this morning and was told it would cost $175 and I asked specifically if that included the unit and labor and was told yes. Called back this afternoon and was told $225. I told her that's not what I was told and was put on hold. She came back on and said "sorry, it is $175 but that's if you use your unit". Wait...so they can get a unit for $50???? No wonder they last only a year.

I own a new house, and JS plumbing was the one installed the faucets and stuff. During final month of home warranty- I brought the issue up : bath tub hot water handler is not stopping at off position. It was that way since day ONE.

And the lady working for J&S replied saying it is ME who broke it. Lying and accusing customer based off of nothing.

If I can give you a negative 5 stars I would. The field guy who doing the fix is actually cool. The office lady who works in such a bad and lying attitude is the one who will bring down the business.

I recently purchased a new house, and JS Plumbing installed the toilet seats. On the second day after moving in, I noticed that the toilet flush was jammed and water was not draining properly. When I contacted J&S about the issue, the lady working there accused me of causing the problem by placing paper in the toilet, despite it being our first day in the house. She was extremely rude and insisted that I pay for the service. If I could, I would give them a negative five-star rating. However, the technician who came to fix the issue was professional and helpful. It's unfortunate that the negative attitude of the office staff could tarnish the reputation of the business.
