Starting with my phone call with Martin, one of the seniors at the company, I immediately got the sense that ME Plumbing genuinely cares about the service experience that their customers have.

Our onsite time with the plumbers attending to our issues was equal if not better!

Johnny Sanchez and Jacob, were professionals all the way, evidenced in their respectful courteous manners and skill.

They quickly diagnosed and treated the problem. When they had completed the job, I was asked to inspect the work, and if I was happy with the job.

It was reinforced to me that they always want to make sure, first and foremost, that their customers are completely satisfied. I am. Thank you!

M.E. Plumbing from Martin, the supervisor, to Taylor the Administrative Support, to Johnnie and Jason, the plumbers, this whole experience was smooth and professional. On a personal level they treated us like family constantly explaining what they were doing and how these steps will provide more plumbing confidence. They explained a maintenance plan for just $12 a month to check general plumbing, hot water tank drain, and septic line check, etc. We definitely recommend these plumbers ahead of any other company. We like the fact that they worked very fast, and their knowledge was impeccable.

Our service agent was Daniel. He was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Our issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Martin was good to work with us regarding veteran pricing. We appreciate M.E. Plumbing.

Excellent job rebuilding our outdoor shower with new copper pipe. We also had him put in cutoff valves and drains for those winter freezes.

We contacted ME Plumbing for an issue with our water heater that occurred after normal business hours. We were impressed by how quickly the service manager responded and with the professionalism and expertise of the technician Mr. Sanchez. The cost was reasonable considering the urgency of the situation. Highly recommend!

We have used M E Plumbing twice now and have found them to be knowledgeable, friendly, fair, and fast. Johnny explained what he found so that even us laymen could understand. He laid out he was going to do to fix the problem before any work is done for our approval. And the price has always been just about what we expected it to be -- we've never felt "gouged." And they have always left the work site as clean as when they arrived. We are happy with M E Plumbing and recommend them to anyone within their service area.

Matthew, and the gentleman that worked with him, were great. They came in, confirmed I would need a new water heater, went through a few other things in my home, and my options were given to me. They had my hot water heater replaced in no time, and I was able to work while they did it as they weren't disruptive at all. From the time they stepped on my property, to the time they left, they were respectful. They left everything as it was when they got here, except they put my wall back up for me, which I greatly appreciated. (They did ask first) Thank you gentlemen for making me feel so comfortable with such a huge ordeal. I was so stressed over this, and you guys made it so easy for me to understand and deal with.

Johnny & Jacob did an EXCELLENT job! Cannot recommend them enough. They made an overwhelming process (repiping the entire house due to multiple water leaks) very manageable and maintained great communication along the way. Very thorough and very knowledgeable team!

The Best Plumbing I have ever seen in the Hill Country. Daniel and George are talented plumbers beyond their years. We bought this house over 20 years ago and always had problems. WE DO NOW! Martin also help with discounts for several items. They also pointed out where major problems were and how the plumbers back then were using incorrect pipe fittings and poor construction for the sewer system. Because of Daniel, George,
and Martin, I do believe they are fixed Now. Thank You Guys!
