All reviews for KoolCote

I had a great experience with KoolCote from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable about their products. They took the time to explain the process and made sure I felt confident in the work being done.

The quality of the coating exceeded my expectations it made a noticeable difference in temperature and overall appearance. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to detail. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done.

I highly recommend KoolCote to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality solution. Definitely worth it!

Loved the way our garage turned out! Crew was awesome and definitely recommend.

Great job by professional staff.

I have never had such a pleasant experience with a company! Ten stars! 👏👏

From the moment Jamie Fernandez came to measure for the bid, to the phone calls updating us on rain delays, to the workmanship and final product just couldn’t be happier. I plan to post great reviews everywhere so that anyone looking will know not to go anywhere else. Fair pricing too.

Can you tell I am a satisfied customer?

A heartfelt thank you,

Let me start with Jamie Fernandez, who was my first contact with KoolCote. He was excellent in helping us understand the options, the process and the length of time the project would take. We had over 1,500 square feet of concrete to etch and seal. The crews covered our pool as well as the landscaping. And they were great as well.

I can honestly say the final result exceeded my expectations.

This company is amazing. The price was reasonable and the end product was so much better than we ever imagined. The two guys who did the work were professional and respectful and kept a clean workspace throughout the process. Our patio looks better than it ever has. They were very meticulous and even added nice edges to the seams. The products used are very sturdy and high quality. We look forward to working with the Koolcote in the future for more projects

Koolcote is a company I will definitely recommend repeatedly. It started off with our sales representative Erica going in to detail on how the insulation process works and what to expect from start to finish. We had daily updates from the office and the communication was amazing . We will definitely be using them again

Erica and team did an absolute fantastic job at our neighborhood pool and office area. From quote to job finish we were kept up to date on every project detail. Worry free experience with a beautiful end result

This team was phenomenal with all aspects of the job from start to finish. Ericka was very forthcoming with expectations and during the job Audrey communicated daily with the objective for the day. I live well outside the city limits yet, the workers would come out at times twice in a day. Highly recommend this company, they still know how to provide quality customer service.

Koolcote’s professionalism exceeds expectation. Every phone call was answered and every question addressed. Erica’s input on our selection was exactly what we were looking for. Phone updates were frequent and appointments on time. Office staff were meticulous in ensuring that we understood each process step and follow up. A company that rates high on integrity and customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Koolcote!

Thwy did around my new inground pool and several monrhs later it started to bubble up around t edges on the inside around the pool, they came back to fix it after SEVERAL phone calls... Months later I noticed bubbles on the surface and it is now peelng off EVERYWHERE !!! I was told it only had an 8 month warranty !!?? SHOWS THEY DON'T SYAND BEHIND THEIR WORK VERY MUCH ! I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM AS IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY !! Everyone that comes over wants to know what happened to my cement?? I tell em that it is THAT KOOLKOTE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE SOME GOOD STUFF !! :((
