Great visit as always, I was in for some plumbing items.... but was happy to see the plants in doors ahead of our freeze

Every time I want lumber, all the Isles are clogged with random items they don't have room for. Every time. The 2 check out ladies are great but they need more. Too busy in the morning at this location. The pregnant power tools sales lady is cool, I've spent some money through her. She is great.

Less than helpful.

Why do you guys have to do your stocking when people are buying in the store. I have to wait 30 minutes for an aile to get open because you guys had it close!

I tried to get a simple quote for custom blinds.
Melissa M Desuk told me I had to leave a deposit in order to get a quote, then said I couldn't get an accurate quote until they measure the windows and if I wanted to take a different route I could get my deposit back.

The quote was way over priced so I asked for my deposit back and she said I couldn’t get the deposit back because they already measured the windows.

She knew from the beginning I was never getting my deposit back for a quote but made me think I would get the deposit back if I didn’t like the quote. Which is a SCAM.
They tricked me into a deposit and then tried to charge over $850 for 8 blinds. Ridiculous! Lowe’s has way better prices. Got 8 white faux wood blinds for $360.
