I have such trust and respect for the crew! I had to leave for a doctor's appointment while the crew was still working. I had no concerns about security, and when I returned home, the house was vacuumed and dusted, and my bed was properly made up. The kitchen was organized and cleaned, the sinks were cleaned, and the stove and countertops were sparkling. Please come back to my schedule.

I've been using the service for more than a year now and I'm over-the-moon happy with The Cleaning Authority. The organization and its teams are remarkable; I depend on them a great deal, and they truly make things a lot easier for me. Today was our first time using The Cleaning Authority and the absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. This is a family owned business and they know how to run a business. The employees that came over were extremely courteous and did a stellar job. They worked as a well oiled machine. They did a thorough job and were very careful so as not to damage anything. This is the best cleaning company we have ever used and we highly recommend them!

The owners of this franchise are the reason I chose them. They're so friendly & relatable which gave me confidence in their employees. The ladies who came in for our initial clean we so thorough & easy to talk to. They weren't afraid of any of our pets, which is also a plus. After the clean, an inspector came in to make sure everything was up to par.

TCA came quickly, were very friendly and did a thorough explanation of how the process all works. The first cleaning was amazing! We are looking forward to the service and I am very happy. Would highly recommend!

The two gals (Sagiano and Katherine) did an absolutely wonderful job. I can’t fully explain how great my house looks after they got done-in fact I’m almost afraid to move around the house because I might get things dirty or messed up. I have used The Cleaning Authority in Schertz for almost 7 years. They are the best cleaning service I have used, and have become great friends too! I highly recommend them. I especially love their cleaning rotation schedule. They deep clean a different part of your home each time they come, so that over the course of about 4 cleanings they have deep cleaned the whole house. Also, all the products they use are safe for both people and animals, so no worrying about toxic chemicals. In addition to all of that, they are extremely flexible and sensitive to our unpredictable schedules. They truly go above and beyond! 👍👍👍
